I read through the reviews on a lot of these products before settling on this model because it had one of the highest ongoing performance ratings, even though it was not the aesthetic I was looking for. When i got it, i actually decided to return it because it is so large (almost as big as our 2 liter electric kettle) and i just don't have the counter space. But then i tried it... 1. It's ridiculously easy to use. Have you tried those steam wands? Nightmare! Especially on milk alternatives. Steam goes everywhere. Inconsistent results. A pain to keep clean. This is so simple to use and rinse. 2. I wanted the steam feature - froth is bonus for me. I was tired of my coffee going luke warm because of my beloved cream. Now I get a great temperature and a yummy frothy consistency. It tastes even better and it doesn't make make my coffee cold. I rearranged my kitchen to keep this thing because I don't want to live without it. I don't care if it looks like a SpaceX coffee pot. This baby has rocked my mundane adult world. Now the true test: Let's see how long it lasts.

My favorite frother. I mix cream and coffee, hot chocolate, pre-workout, matcha lattes. Pretty much anything that needs to be mixed and it doesn't leave clumps. This is my second one because my 1st one for some reason stopped working. The base still works, it was the frother itself that stopped working. I tried it with my new frother and the base works fine. I take good care of it by making sure I don't wet the base or side buttons so I'm not sure why it stopped working but overall it's a good frother.

I purchased this in December 2025. It is now April 2026. 4 months later and it stopped working. It is not used everyday and has never been submerged on water while cleaning EVER. Granted the price was not much but still it is odd that it only had a 4 month shelf life???

I love this easy little piece of coffee making spectacular equipment. Whole milk frothy up perfectly and it warms it up perfectly. I add a little flavored syrup and it becomes absolutely delightful. I love it so much I got a second one for my daughter in law. She loves it about as much as I do. Great investment and only costs about the price of a couple coffee shop drinks.

I had high hopes for this item, but they didn't live up to them. It works ok, but not great. I got it mostly to heat milk with some frothing. I'm guessing this works better as a frother, but it doesn't heat up the milk very well, and not evenly. After use, you can see an area where some of the milk fat sticks to the bottom, so I'm guessing if it actually got hot enough, it would start burning it in that spot. There are two attachments, one for frothing, and the other for light frothing while heating. I use the short one for light frothing, and it gets me the texture that I want. It would be better with even a minimal dial so you could adjust the heat a bit, but there are no settings but off and on.

Best milk frothier we have owned! Simple to use, easy to clean and operates very quickly. Wonderful rich creamy milk for coffee, espresso and makes great hot chocolate.

For years I've made my lattes with microwaved milk. However, steamed milk is just a whole 'nother level for coffee enthusiasts. It tastes like coffee that we get in cafes. This little machine is aesthetically pleasing, quiet, and does the job. It is not bulky, and it makes steamed, foam milk quickly. It works well with oat milk, too!
