Charger for Nintendo Switch AC Power Supply Adapter with 5FT Charging Cable

I bought this pdobq adapter to leave plugged into my living room Switch dock so I can finally stop unplugging my official charger whenever I travel. Finding a cheap spare that actually triggers the TV mode can be annoying since the console needs a specific 15V power output. The cable fits perfectly into the console port and pushes video to the TV just as consistently as the Nintendo brand charger. It gets a solid five stars from me because it does the exact same job as the expensive official version for a lot less money. The power brick charges the console battery back to full in just a couple of hours and never gets overly hot while I play. You do have to be careful where you plug it in because the square block shape is wide enough to cover up the outlet next to it. The short cable length is great for hiding behind a TV cabinet but is completely useless if you want to play on the couch in handheld mode. The plastic shell feels a lot cheaper and lighter than the original charger but that is totally fine for a budget replacement. Using this adapter every day for the past month convinced me that buying the expensive brand name replacement is just a waste of money. It is the perfect choice if you want to set up a second dock in another room or just need a cheap spare for your backpack. Anyone who plays mostly in handheld mode away from an outlet will definitely want to buy something with a much longer cable. For twelve bucks it gives you the exact power you need for the dock and saves you from crawling behind your TV stand.

Great charger. Charges the switch super fast. Very reliable. It's a great alternative to charging it on the dock. You can take it on the go. Very helpful. Connectivity is fast. Cord length is perfect. I'm happy with my purchase.

I’m very happy with this charger. It works just like the original, charges my Nintendo Switch reliably, and the cable is a good length. The build quality feels solid, and I especially like that it supports TV dock mode. Great value for the price and a perfect replacement for the original charger. Highly recommended

I highly recommend these. I bought 2 of them since the price was so low and I’m glad I did . It charges super fast and fits snug as a bug in my switch . Oh it fits any c type phone too so that’s a double plus

Couldn't figure why when console wouldn't charge. Bought this and it powered up immediately. Had a few lightning storms where power went out. It fried the adapter apparently. Now plugged into a surge protector. Lesson learned 🤦🏼‍♀️

Bought this to replace my original cord. My rabbit got a hold of it.Didn't shoot through the other one.And this one works just as great.

Glad to have found this reasonably priced replacement to the original (which I think was left in a hotel room). Has worked flawlessly for 2 years, so performs just as well as the original. It's durable, solid and feels high quality.

works perfectly!! super good for the price

I’ve bought a couple of these replacement cords. Worked great with my oled switch!

Great price for a great product!

I recently purchased this power cord as I had lost the original that had come with my Nintendo, and I couldn’t be more pleased with its performance. The build quality is outstanding, with a sturdy, flexible design that feels durable and long-lasting. The cord is also a good length, giving me plenty of reach without feeling too short or too long. Overall, it delivers reliable power and charging to my Switch without any interruptions, and I’ve had no issues with overheating or fraying. For the price, it's an excellent value, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good replacement cord for their Switch.

Good no issues at this time it was gift.

Works excellent, just as good as the branded cord that comes with the switch. Had to buy this because we bought our switch in another country and didn’t want to use an adaptor to plug in the cord. This is a perfect replacement and charges nicely.
