NKV Ergonomic Office Chair Mesh Computer Desk Chair Swivel Task Chair with Adjustable Armrests (Black)

The NKV Ergonomic Office chair looked like a comfortable chair. I sit on something similar at work but this one doesn't even come close. The chair assembled fairly easily. All the hardware and tools are included for assembly, and the build quality seems to be decent. My issue with the chair is, it is obviously designed for a smaller person. The chair is very low to the ground, even at its highest setting, the armrests are too low, even at their highest setting, and the seat is too shallow. Overall, this could be a good kids chair but even then, it may be too low for them depending on what their desk height is.

This is an upright and narrow chair, I didn't like it on my computer desk but it's great for sewing. SO it's ok for short term sitting.

I am picky with chairs. I have lower back issues and uncomfortable chair makes me a grump. This one immediately got on my good side with the ease of assembly. While I prefer directions with words or words and pictures, this one came with pictorial directions. Easy enough to follow and I got it assembled in about forty minutes. The chair adjusts easily and glides smoothly. The seat cushion is adequately padded and firm The ventilated back is cooling. overall this is an attractive, functioning and comfortable office chair.

It took approximately 45 minutes for me to assemble the NKV Ergonomic Office Chair (Manufacturer Part Number 0581A9). I did it alone. (In the past, I’ve put together numerous pieces of furniture, mostly office furniture, and needed assistance.) I didn’t need help with assembling this chair. All the parts were present. The directions consisted of photos that were easy to follow and easy to understand. An allen wrench came with the assembly. However, I used my own personal speed screwdriver with an allen head bit. This screwdriver made assembling the chair much faster and smoother. The chair beautifully compliments my new home office furniture. The materials feel very sturdy, strong, and durable. Practically everything about it is adjustable. (The arm rests and seat heights are eaily adjusted. The back of the chair can be easily adjusted to tilt backwards or to remain upright.) I was surprised by how comfortable it is, especially the chair's mesh back; because it isn't a solid piece, it easily molds to my own back. I think I could sleep all night in this chair. Unforunately, it doesn't roll smoothly over my semi-plush carpet. I may have to lay a plastic pad beneath it. The chair, fortunately, does roll very well across the linoleum floor of my kitchen and the ceramic floor of my basement's recreational room. According to Amazon's website, this chair has a weight capacity of 250 pounds. Before losing 55 pounds, my brother (I won't mention his name for obvious reasons) wouldn't have been able to sit in it. Mom, however, who has severe arthritis in her back, has threatened to steal it from me; she claims it greatly relaxes her. Because it is extremely comfortable and stylish and easy to assemble and adjust, I highly recommend this NKV Ergonomic Office Chair for home use.

My husband put this together and it did not take long. He left off the arms since they won't fit with my small desk. The instructions were not written or reviewed by a native English speaker but were understandable. There are 3 different sizes of screws provided and the instructions did not say when to use which size which could be a problem. Once it was put together we could not figure out how to adjust the back. We would screw the adjuster all the way in one direction and then all the way in the other direction and there was not change. Finally we accidentally pulled on the long lever and that released the back and it works fine now. I did not see this in the instructions. The chair itself is a fine basic office chair. I like that the back is mesh which does not get hot.

Let's begin with a confession: I am NOT mechanically-minded. I can barely change a light bulb. My three most dreaded words are: "Some Assembly Required." With that in mind, I opened the box with dread. The instructions are visual, in 8 steps. After unpacking everything, I timed myself and it took 30 minutes for me to assemble the chair. No tools required. Everything you need is provided. I have only complaint: There are 3 sizes of screws (plus some extras, very nice) but the instructions don't state which ones go where. I figured it out, and had absolutely no trouble putting the chair together, surprising myself. I was sure it would take a long time to assemble but it didn't. I was sure I would need to get some help putting it together, but I didn't. Next is how it looks and feels. The appearance is very professional, not too big (which I like; I'm not trying to impress anyone), and it is very comfortable. I have lower back pain, and the moment I sat down I felt very, very comfortable. It was like a perfect fit. It is easy to adjust as well. I can't get over how good it feels to sit down in it. I do a lot of writing in a home office (I'm a minister) and I could easily sit in this chair all day without any discomfort. The chair I'd been using was simply awful. This chair couldn't be better. So if you're mechanically incompetent like me, don't worry, and don't hesitate to get this chair. Your back will thank you.

Took a long time to assemble but it was worth it as my husband gets so sweaty sitting in a regular leather office chair. This one with the mesh allowed him to feel so much cooler and still gave him the support he needed. It is able to be adjusted so that you can find your comfort level. The rocking feature sort of bothered him at first, but now it's not an issue. We have brick pavers on our floor and this rolls easily over them. I think this says this supports 250 lbs. which is about what my hubby weighs and he feels comfortable and safe in it. So far so good.
