My cat has ignored vertical scratching posts, so I got this, and she loves it! It doesn't prevent her from clawing the furniture, but she claws the furniture less often, so this scratching pad has been worth it. Plus, she seems to really like it. She'll even sit or lay on it. I like how easy it is. Just put it along her path, and here she comes to claw at it. It's cardboard so little cardboard pieces get everywhere, so expect to vacuum often. I haven't used the catnip packet it comes with, but my kitty doesn't care for catnip anyway. This scratching pad is double-sided so it has lasted quite awhile. I'd be fine purchasing this again, but may look for one inside a box to help prevent the cardboard pieces from getting all over. But this one is convenient, worth the cost, and keeps my kitty happy.

I love this scratcher so much, almost as much as my cat Nova who scratches on it endlessly, uses it as her little foot rest & also of course loves that it features her name ha. the color options are awesome! I have ordered this too many times to count, and always go for the white, black or silver as it matches my living room decor and coloring. The price is perfect and quality is as expected for a scratcher! My cat scratches nonstop so the little shreds do drive me a bit crazy .. but that’s what vacuums are for & it has saved my couch from being the thing scratched to shreds! I have no problem buying this over and over to refresh, and will never stop (fingers crossed this is never discontinued)! Between the colors, quality, size, affordable price point and how much my cat loves… 10/10!! Definitely get this if you’re considering!

I usually have to show my cat what is okay to scratch, and this process can take a while. He's the kind of cat to want to use the couch as a scratching post! The second that I took this scratcher out of its shipping box, he immediately started digging his claws in. I didn't even get a chance to put the catnip on: He just jumped in! The product comes with a good amount of catnip, and I was truly in shock to see how much quality had been put into this scratcher. My kitty is an indoor cat, so he needs a good scratcher that lasts a long while. It has held up wonderfully! Oliver is obviously on the chubbier side; so the product is exactly like the description, but my cat happens to be a tad bit bigger. This clearly hasn't stopped him! He loves to sit on his new scratcher, despite his spillage. I've never seen him so attached to a cat product. As you can see, the color is vibrant and true to the product description. It adds a different appeal that I have yet to see in any other brand. The cardboard doesn't get everywhere or make any mess, and I haven't had to clean any little pieces of the product off of my floor at all! Oliver, my picky kitty, has found his new favorite. I am extremely pleased with the quality of this product, and it keeps my apartment clean and happy! I would 100% recommend this to every cat owner.

We tried 2 different vertical scratchers, one with carpet and one with sisal rope, but kitty preferred floor carpets and our leather couch. Since we bought this, it takes 95% of her scratching (once in awhile she'll still target floor and couch). It's rather light and slides around easily so I put some carpet holding foam tape on the bottom, which helps. Usually, the cat gets right on it when she scratches, so sliding is not really an issue. Have had it a month and spots are getting torn up but still has plenty of life in it, and when badly enough deteriorated, will flip it over and she'll have a brand new surface. We have another brand of cardboard scratcher and cat has no preference, and durability is comparable.

I am to order my second set of 3. We put them all over the house, in addition to a scratch pole. We adopted 2 six month old boys, now 1 yrs old, and they absolutely love these. They often just sit on them to hang out. It took them about 7 months to shred one of the boards in the main living room to bits. The other 2 still have life in them because you can just turn them over when one side is done. The 3 pack is a great way to give your cat scratch options around the house. The scratchers are small enough that they don't look ugly or too obvious in the space. Our cats love them and don't scratch elsewhere ("as far as we know!" ...you know how sneaky cats are ;-) Great quality product and great design.

The scratching boards I ordered from my “Ordered Before” menu were narrower than my last order. I prefer the wider ones to protect my furniture upholstery.

I would imagine that it's hard to mess up designing a standard corrugated scratching pad, but my cats love these nonetheless. They seem to like all the different sizes not just for scratching, but to rest and sleep on... the wide "sofa" model for really spreading out on their sides, and the narrower ones for getting cozy on a tighter surface area. I also appreciate that they're all double sided, it obviously helps immensely to extend the life of the product to be able to flip it over for twice the use. I guess my only complaint doesn't have much to do with this company or their specific product, just the fact that by nature these pads leave a massive amount of cardboard shreddings everywhere as they get more use and the pieces come loose (maybe my cats are just extra aggressive with these? Don't know if that's a problem everyone has). Anyway, I also like that they come in a variety of colors, since the brown ones blend seamlessly into the decor of my apartment. Very helpful.

Dopo 2 giorni (all'inizio lo ignorava) é piaciuto molto al mio gattino e si fa le unghie lì anche più volte al giorno. Ottima l'idea di mettere una bustina di erba gatta che ha incuriosito ed attirato il micio appena l'ho messa sopra.

Cats love these, have had a few. Add a bit of the supplied catnip and they're in heaven. Certainly helps to save the sofa....

We have to cats and while the other was happily scratching the pad, the other wouldn't touch it. She started to cover her food as cats do when they smell something bad and she was sneezing and coughing heavily. It took me a while to find out what caused this behaviour, but it all stopped when I threw this out.
