Reliability and Engineered Quality. The Brand Says It All.
Light for its size, fits the hand well, easily handled, great features and super easy to switch nail modes and adjust the nail strike. The reviews and videos I read and watched, solidified my decision to buy this Metabo HPT Framing gun. After using it I am impressed with its speed and accuracy and after hearing all the comments from former users, I understand why it has been considered a reliable and durable tool. Look forward to many hours and future years of use.

Excellent and consistent performance - highly recommended!
This was purchased to replace a DeWalt and I couldn't be happier with it. I've only used it for about 1200 nails so far but it has performed flawlessly - no misfires, very consistent performance and the light weight is certainly appreciated. Overall I'm very impressed with the quality and performance of this - much better than any that I've used before.

Nailed it!
Absolutely great framing nailer it has the power . It's not overly heavy but is built solid and feels durable for the long haul. I haven't had any jamming and has been extremely easy to load and reload.

Awesome nail gun
I am thrilled that I got this framing nailer. I built a 10 x 12 shed by myself with plans from scratch (No kit) and this worked flawlessly. I saved a ton of money building the shed myself instead of hiring it out. I haven't built a shed in over 35 years and as tiring as it was, it was very satisfying doing it myself. I built it 16" on center and built my own trusses. I couldn't have done it without this nailer. I never had a jam or miss fire. Definitely a great buy.

Nice product with a couple of quirky areas that took some getting used to
I have used pneumatic Nailers and staplers before, but never a framing Nailer. This was my first experience with Metabo. I bought it to rebuild a fence and ended up nailing about 1500 Metabo 2-inch galvanized nails. As suggested by other reviewers, I stuck with the Metabo nails. In the beginning I was loading two strips of nails into the gun (because it could take two strips), and often the gun was jamming as it moved from one strip to another. When using only one strip everything worked perfectly. Having to continually reload after one strip slowed my nailing down a bit, but the consistency of not having any issues was worth it. Also, extracting jams was fairly easy once I figured out how to do it (the manual was no help). In the beginning, I was looking for a way to disassemble the gun as I had with other brands, but the nails jammed nails would slide easily out of the gun. Looking back after completing the project, my inexperience with this brand was the biggest issue. The product worked well and it was a very good value for the money.

Buy it today
My husband is a General Contractor and uses a nail gun a lot! I bought this for him and he absolutely loves it. Its lightweight, ability to toenail is much greater than Hatachi. He says it’s worth every penny paid.

Doesn't work...
Still cant seem to get it to work. It won't fire any nails, its set up correctly. Not sure where else to go here? Tried contacting the manufacturer but they are based in America and dont answer. Is there something that we are missing??

Very good quality nailer
Excellent framing nailer. Has not jammed or miss fired once since I bought it. Reasonably light and agile. Packs a punch when nailing into old hemlock fir.

It’s an awesome beast!
I’m very happy with my new Metabo 21degree full head nailer. I’m doing a deck build and some renovations in my basement. Easy to use, light weight, and best of all it works with full head nails. I don’t like clipped head or offset nails they just don’t seem right. Even some engineers think that full headed nails are better. The only draw back is that it’s hard to find plastic collated 21 degree nails in the big box stores. It is however just as easy to order nails from Amazon and have them delivered directly to you. This Metabo 21 degree nailer drove a 3 1/2 nails into solid 6x6 treated lumber with ease. Don’t take my word for it, look at the video. So much better than swinging a hammer. Two thumbs up!!!
