Operating thru a controller and a 12v 5a power supply. Turned on today and strong odor of electrical short - found the processor in the middle of the light string completely burned and melted the waterproofing. I can't find a way to contact manufacturer - I'd like to see if this is a common problem they are now encountering and if they would help in resolving this problem.
