These were recommend by my NP because I have sludge in my gallbladder. I cannot say enough about these. They work. I take two a day, one with meal, and my gallbladder issue is resolved. It will help your GB. Now if you have stones I don't think it will help but sludge it will clear.

Been using this product for 6+ months. Works great. Helps break down food much easier and a lot of GI symptoms are gone. Helps with regularity as well.

I first started taking these about 7 montn ago Amazing product. I have had ulcers and had my gallbladder removed in about 2 years ago and was on prilosec for over year. Not good to take those for a long periode of time, i was looking for a healthier route. This is it i waited so long to do a review to see how well it worked for my digestive and stomache issues, i was very sceptical and quite nervous to go wholey on these and not take the ppi any longer. But i take 2 pills in the morning and 2 slippery elms at night before bed and i have had no issues, i am so impressed with these and highly recommend to anyone with gallstones, ulcers, digestive issue. It may not work for everyone but it sure worked for me! Will always buy!!!

BE WARNED!!! There is no way to review this product without discussing bowel habits so if your sensibilities are delicate move on. This product was recommended to me by my Naturopathic Doctor because of problems related to abdominal surgery for a perforated gallbladder. Following the surgery my bowel movements seesawed between constipation and diarrhea with no regularity at all. I began using psyllium fiber to regulate myself but had only moderate success. I've been using this product for two months now without the psyllium in order to give this product a fair evaluation and the results are remarkable! My digestion has improved to the point that my bowel movements are more regular but the consistency is not as firm as I would like it to be so I will add the psylliuym back into my regimen. I highly recommend this product to anyone who has had their gallbladder removed or has problems with regularity.

As far as helping with digestion, these worked great. But I did seem to keep a slight headache after starting them. After taking them for about 2 to 3 weeks, I started experiencing ovarian discomfort, and I am post menopause. I think it may have been because of the taurine affecting my estrogen levels. I decreased my dose to one with every meal, and I am waiting to see if that will work for me.

I've reached an age where I don't seem to enjoy fried or food with much fat due to digestive discomfort. Fats digestion for some people is often aided by supplemental "bile", which is an important component of this product. I liked what the brand says, with regard to quality control. Other digestive aids are in this compound, for sugars and proteins. I take 1 or 2 capsules with one meal which have no taste upon quick swallowing. They work subtly, but effectively. Doesn't mean a big bucket of fried chicken and fries will hold up, but a reasonable meal like a bit of butter on my broccoli or a bit of tempura veggies is so much more enjoyable again. I don't seem to get that stuffed uneasiness which is not heartburn, but very uncomfortable. This is just a non-expert non-professional opinion but I've read up for my own decisions. Ask your physician, dietician, etc for professional advice.

I’ve used this for over a year. Great effectiveness for processing carbohydrates and intake in general. Superb quality!
