Cannot stress enough how much I love this product. The color of the toner covers my gray and adds a rich ashy depth to my existing color. I have been using this product for years now. It is very gentle on hair and lasts approximately a month before having to reapply.

It brought my bleached hair to a cool tone that im super happy with. The product has a strong smell but that’s common for toner. It was easy to mix and apply as well.

This was the first liquid toner I had used from colorcharm - I typically use the cream ones. I thought this was just as easy to use and was just as effective as the cream style. It also had the same salon-like fragrance that the cream version has (which I LOVE). I had bleached my hair and then used this toner on the top and it did leave a very pale pink tone. It was super easy to use and worked very well in my opinion (keep in mind I am not professionally trained).

I recently tried a hair toner and I’m honestly impressed with the results. After lightening my hair, I noticed some unwanted yellow and brassy tones, and this toner helped neutralize them beautifully. Hair toners are designed to adjust the tone of color-treated hair and cancel out unwanted undertones without changing the overall hair color.

Totally missed the step where you have to order the other item with this (the developer) but once I had both, I just have to say everyone saying it doesn't change your natural roots... are not correct lol. It completely lightened my natural hair color and made it brassy! But I'm hoping after a few washes it cools down. As for the rest of my hair, I can see the difference for sure. Not meaning to sound so negative lol but I also have to add the horrible smell from the chemicals was so bad, I had the worst headache! I also lost about 500 strands of hair. So these are all just a few things to be careful and look out for.

I have been using ion toners before this and figured I would give this a try as T19 looked absolutely stunning to me. After removing the prior toner from my hair and applying this one as directed for 30min I can confidently say it is far better then the ion ones I had been using ( snow cap and icy white ) in my pictures I show my hair stripped of toner next to my hair with the old toner. I show my root area that I was also touching up and fixing. Then I show my roots after as well as the overall outcome. The toner has a bit more purple to it than others I had been using which helped out a lot which I will also show how the toner looks developing so you can see how purple it gets. T14 is my absolute go-to for getting rid of stubborn brassy orange tones. It gives such a beautiful, pale "ash" finish without making the hair look muddy. It’s easy to mix and apply, and the results look like I just stepped out of a professional salon. Definitely a staple for DIY hair maintenance.

Use only a 5 or 10 volume developer! And watch it in the mirror as it oxidizes to ensure it does not over process. Your hair must be at a level 9.5/10 for it to tone, otherwise it won't do anything or it will darken your hair and make it muddy. Done correctly, it will not damage and will turn out how you expect. I find Wella toners to last as well. I don't find it necessary to use toning shampoos or conditioners.
