I can hear and understand!!!
Awkward to put on but definitely worth it. The ONLY aid that really lets me hear. The headphones charge with a special cord that is enclosed. Not a C or Mini. ok to connect once you get it. The instructions helped.

Flawed
Hopefully these headsets "work" for some people. For our intended person, no. But two complaints, beyond whether they help or not: 1. A micro-USB charging port in 2026 ??? Really ??? We're supposed to carry around a separate cable for just this device? No, this is not acceptable. 2. There are 7 settings. But there is NO indication anywhere of what they are. You just press a button seven times and are supposed to figure it out on your own. We couldn't.

Not a $7000.00 hearing aid set but a good alternative.
I'm 64 years old with severe hearing loss for most of my adult life. The loss is in the stirrup anvil connection. Internally I have the hearing of an 18 year old. I've owned several conventional sets and they have always lacked until now I can no longer hear with them thru the ears. Metal implants for the bone conduction aids available in the US are totally unacceptable with my beliefs, not to mention the $35,000.00 to get them. At least with these I can hear for the 1st time in 3 years. Durability is yet to be determined. Edit: Hearing aids themselves are still functioning well, not able to use in a car while traveling, I just hear a rumble there. As others have noted, the problem is the 2nd swivel. Mine broke on the left side at this swivel after about 6 months use. I used electrical tape to keep it together but it never fit flat so it wasn't very audible with out holding it flat by hand. The right side broke yesterday after about 10 months use. Bear in mind I have spent over $20,000.00 purchasing several different conventional pairs of aides in my lifetime. Most breaking and needing repair within 9 months. So I am ordering a new set today!

Helps a little, not a lot.
For me: When worn as directed, it helps a little bit, only when on max volume. Works a little better when worn directly over my ears on a lower volume setting. Didn't improve my hearing as much as hoped for.

Wonderful life changing device
These are a wonderful value and do the job very well. I cannot wear in ear hearing aids. For me bone conduction aids and other bone conduction headphones have allowed me to hear tones I have never heard in my life. I wore the device today for the first time. While inside my house I hear birds sing. This is a new experience for me. At first it takes a little trial and error to find the frequency best for you. Also at first there is a little extraneous nose but that goes away after a few minutes. I tried expensive hearing aids in the neighborhood of $5000 and more. Not only are these economic but for me the sound is far better.

They work but not for everyone
So these bone conduction headphones are cool technology but donโt work the best for everyone. My aunt is elderly and we have been trying multiple types of hearing aids. This again works for her but the vibrations are annoying to her so we know she will be intolerant of this set. This set does put out a bunch of vibrations as myself and my family did try these on as well. Personally i felt the traditional hearing headphones worked quite a bit better with less annoyance of the vibration. I could see the vibes getting to me after awhile. To each their own, you may very well like these. We felt it best to try them out and find the ones that work best. IT seems that is how most people end up doing it. For what this is, it works, just not for us.

A bad upgrade
I bought several pairs of the old model with a pretty nice easy little microphone wired to them. That seems unavailable now and just this giant bloated clunky thing that doesn't sound better but has more needless options for some reason? I got it and just don't really use them as I'd generally rather not hear. I really hope they bring the old ones back.
