This thing is the BEST member of the kitchen staff.
This is the most productive, most affordable investment I've ever made. Enough cannot be said about the workhorse design and ease of use. It's a manageable size and is easily cleaned. I've been cooking more and healthier since getting it. I'm happy I decided to go with this and not the Nintendo Switch 2, even though that was a hard choice 😅. 6 stars!

Love my new kitchen aid!
This KitchenAid cake mixer is absolutely worth it. It’s powerful, reliable, and makes baking so much easier and more enjoyable. The mixing is smooth and consistent, whether I’m making cake batter, frosting, or dough. It feels incredibly well-made and sturdy, and it saves me so much time and effort in the kitchen. If you love baking, this mixer is a must-have and a true kitchen staple. Super easy to use!

Perfect!
Bought this KitchenAid mixer for my daughter, and she absolutely loves it especially the color! The Porcelain finish is beautiful and looks great on her counter. It works perfectly and is exactly the quality you expect from KitchenAid. A wonderful gift and well worth it!

BEST PURCHASE, MUST HAVE!!
The best purchase I have ever made in my life!!! This KitchenAid is the most perfect color, so durable, very easy to use, and not noisy at all. It’s a great investment and well worth the money spent on it. If you’re ever contemplating this purchase, just do it!! It’s a time saver in the kitchen!

Love love LOVE this thing!
I haven't made a ton of things with this so, can't speak for how well it makes some things but I do now that it has worked well for the stuff I've needing mixing for. I'm also amazed at how many attachments exist for this things allowing such a variety of items to be made. Hopefully this one lasts as long for me as my nana's lasted for her too! Side note, if you don't have the ice-cream attachment get it!! I made homemade ice-cream with this and it was so easy and so good!

Love it!!
I have started to make food at home to avoid the highly processed "food" at the store. If you can swing it financially this has been a massive help and time saver for my family's needs. The money I save by making homemade food will make the investment worth it! Easy to clean. Great quality!

An awesome and serious kitchen tool
This is a great mixer. You should probably own one. Not sure? Read on! Before we bought this mixer, I thought of residential model kitchen stand mixers in terms of my mother's Oster Kitchen Center or my grandmother's Sunbeam 2371 MixMaster Stand Mixer, White (but about 60 years older, with yellowed plastic...) Think: two beaters, a bowl that turns based on beater friction, basically a hand mixer on a stand of some sort, in concept if not design. When you think of the KitchenAid, you should think of a large restaurant/commercial Hobart mixer down-sized to fit on your counter. It works exactly the same way - and it's an awesome thing. Pros: - Powerful. You can put cold butter or refrigerated cookie dough in this and begin mixing it immediately. The motor is very powerful, and I have seen almost nothing that it can't get through. Kneading very stiff dough even works here - sometimes you might hear the motor strain a little, but I've never run into something that it simply couldn't get through. - Mixing attachments. This unit comes with a mixing paddle (the attachment that I use most often), a whisk (next most often) and a dough hook. I use all three - in that order of frequency. - Accessories. I don't own any of the accessories, but there are some great ones out there. On my list of accessories that I will get someday are: the pasta attachment - KitchenAid KPRA Pasta Roller Attachment for Stand Mixers , and the pasta extruder - KitchenAid KPEXTA Stand-Mixer Pasta-Extruder Attachment . There are others that I'm less sure would get lots of use in my kitchen, but they might in yours! These include the "attachment pack" for meat grinding and vegetable slicing - KitchenAid FPPA Mixer Attachment Pack for Stand Mixers , the grain mill - KitchenAid KGM Stand-Mixer Grain-Mill Attachment and others. Even an ice cream maker KitchenAid KICA0WH Ice Cream Maker Attachment which I admit I'll consider if my Cuisinart ice cream maker ever truly dies. - Tilting head. I really like this feature, since the bowl is securely attached to the mixer base, and you just rotate the head up and out of the way. It keeps the beater over the bowl and lets anything needed drip back into the bowl, reducing mess somewhat. - Orbital action. This is great, since one mixing implement orbits around the bowl giving full coverage and leaving no places "unmixed" for you to discover later in the recipe. - Variable speed. You can vary the speed from very slow to "time to clean the spatters off of the ceiling" As with any tool, I can think of a few cons as well: - The head rotates on a metal pin. This is a good design feature since you can slide the pin out to remove the mixing head when necessary, though it's never been necessary for me in the 8 years I've owned the device. The problem is that the motion and vibration of the mixer, at least for my unit, causes this pin to "self-remove" and invoke the unit's self-disassembly "feature". The solution, however, was ridiculously simple - I just wrapped a single wrap of electrical tape around that part of the mixer neck, and the pin has stayed put for years now. Black electrical tape on my black mixer is nearly invisible and nobody has ever questioned or commented on it. - "Walking dough." When using the dough hook and kneading even a moderately-sized dough, the dough tends to "walk up" the dough hook and instead of reaching the wide neck and falling back into the bowl, it keeps walking up and around the hook, sometimes getting up to the mixer head, resulting in discarded greasy dough. If I keep the batch size relatively modest and spray the hook with non-stick spray before kneading, I can usually get it to work just fine, but it's not as fool-proof as mixing with the paddle. - Cleaning. The bowl is simple - it's stainless steel, and you can wash it by hand or stick it in the dishwasher. The mixing implements, however, should be washed by hand. Hand washing isn't hard, and they'll come out great and last forever. If you put them in the dishwasher, however, the metal (maybe it's aluminum?) will degrade and tarnish with the harsh detergents used in the dishwasher. This will result in a grey powdery substance forming on them, which could get into your food if not carefully cleaned after the dishwasher. And the substance is ugly. So avoid any problems, and hand-wash always! On balance, I think you should just go buy this mixer. If you don't want this one, you should be looking at more expensive models. Stepping up the Kitchen Aid line, you can move to a mixer with a stationary head and a bowl lift to lift the bowl into the mixing position like this: KitchenAid KP26M1PSL Professional 600 Series 6-Quart Stand Mixer, Silver or this: KitchenAid KV25GOXBU Professional 5 Plus 5-Quart Bowl Lift Stand Mixer, Cobalt Blue For those looking for even cooler appliances, you might consider this big boy: Viking Professional 7 -quart Stand Mixer, Black or maybe this: Cuisinart SM-70 7-Quart 12-Speed Stand Mixer, White but I must state I've never used either tool. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Not enough mixing bowls
This is an excellent mixer. I bought it to replace the one I have had for 33 years. It is a little more powerful and has a bigger bowl. However, I expected to have a smaller bowl to be included with the package. A 5qt bowl is too large for mixing smaller amounts of dough or ingredients. My older mixer had a 4.5qt bowl and a 4qt bowl. I am very happy that they are compatible with the new mixer.

This mixer is one of those items for a baking enthusiast where if you don't have one, it doesn't seem like such a big deal but when you do get one, you can't imagine life without it. I've had my mixer for about 9 months now and I absolutely can't imagine my life without it. It makes any task that involves any form of mixing significantly easier, and mixes the contents to perfection. I got the mixer in the "Ice Blue" shade and it is so beyond gorgeous. It is a beautiful addition to my countertop and I constantly have people remarking on the gorgeous shade, reminding them of an old fashioned milk shake maker. I know the colour doesn't really affect the performance but if you're going to spend this much money on a mixer, at least get one as sexy as this one!! I've included a photo in my kitchen in natural daylight for a more true to life representation of what the colour looks like. Anyways about the machine... the machine itself is deceptively heavy and very sturdy. Its can whip or beat ingredients for long periods of time without getting overheated. I've never had the machine poop out on me. You really feel like you're getting a solid product with this mixer. The capacity is perfect for I'd imagine most things a baker would be doing in their own home- small batches of muffins or cookies, cakes, icing, bread, mashed potatoes etc. The mixer comes with 5 different attachments- the wire whip, dough hook, flat beater, stainless steel bowl, and spray guard. This is where my review takes a bit of a turn-- in my box, the wire whip came with a metallic coating, and the dough hook and flat beater came coated in paint so they are white. While I have had zero issues with my dough hook to date, the metallic coating on the wire whip constantly rubs off and finds itself in the food, and the paint on the flat beater has experienced significant chipping- oddly, on areas where the beater makes no contact with the bowl or attachment location. I absolutely never throw these pieces in the dishwasher and my mixer height is adjusted as per the directions so the only thing really left to blame is poor quality of the attachments. As well, the stainless steel bowl that came with the mixer locks into the mixer with grooves on the base which have been almost completely stripped like a screw in the 9 months of using the mixer and no longer locks into position, which is pretty disappointing given the product is less than a year old! Cheers to KitchenAid though as I contacted them a few weeks ago about these issues and they sent new replacements for all the damaged pieces, free of charge to me. Hooray for fantastic customer service. Mistakes can happen in production but when the company takes responsibility as KitchenAid did, you have a satisfied customer in me! Generally speaking, I think the quality of this product is absolutely fantastic. The machine itself is amazingly powerful and accomplishes everything I could expect and more. I think where people will notice the biggest differences in their cooking is when it comes to making doughs or breads. For Christmas my family always makes perogies from scratch and this year, I used the mixer for the dough instead and it was completely different. The dough hook was able to knead the dough enough to make it so smooth and light. I was floored at the difference from previous years when the dough was hand mixed and the dough had always seemed dense and lumpy no matter how much manual kneading you did. As for the new attachments, only time will tell how they hold up but so far I haven't experienced any chipping on the flat beater or smudging on the wire whip which happened immediately after receiving the original attachments. I absolutely recommend this item, especially coupled with the fantastic service you can expect from KitchenAid in the case of any issues!!

What's not to love. Kitchen Aid Stand mixers are top notch. I love this colour, its a deep watermelon colour which is so bold and bright. The only issue I had with it was my Stainless Steel bowl would not clean. You have to clean the bowl before using it (obviously), but every time I cleaned it I would dry it down with a cloth and black would come off. Because of that, I didn't use the bowl, I ordered a second glass bowl at the same time so I just used that one instead. Bowl aside, the mixer is really great, I've now had it for some time and I've even purchased a second glass bowl, the ice cream maker and next on my list is the pasta attachment.

Pues funciona todo bien pero con una raspadura. De ahí en fuera hubiera sido todo perfecto.
