World champion rib cook knows his stuff!
I have used Heath’s products for several years. Never disappointed and my friends rave about my ribs. The secret is the rubs and this butter bath. Easy to use/mix and a must in the wrapping phase of your cook. Heath has won the “Memphis in May” bbq world championship for his ribs 3 of the last 4 years. You should try it at least once!

Enhances your smoked meat
We bought this to smoke a turkey breast, it was a little sweeter than I expected, i mixed mine with chicken broth. The turkey was soo good! It is granules that you have to mix with a liquid.
