This really is an excellent product. This neck and shoulder wrap by Physionatural is extremely well-made and fits snug and comfortably around your neck and resting on top of your shoulders perfectly. I bought it for my mom who suffers from neck pain and frequent headaches. She puts it in the microwave for 2min 30sec and its perfectly warm and stays warm for quite awhile, helping to relieve her pain and aches. The scent is very subtle and soothing so even if you're not big on scents, this won't bother you at all. The company itself is very professional with great customer service. In the box of this purchase, there was a scratch off game card from Physionatural. I scratched it off and won a free gift. I emailed them and literally received another legit $40 product (an ice lower back relief wrap on my doorstep 2 days later that they sent me priority 2 day mail. It was pretty impressive. Awesome product, awesome company so yes I definitely recommend their heat and ice therapy wraps. They work and are high quality.

I was having severe neck and shoulder pain for the past 2 weeks that was further radiating to my legs and the hip joint, and apart from using all OTC medications, I wasn’t sure why my pain was not reducing. So, I made an effort and searched Amazon for something warm and after careful review (because it was my neck), I found this product. I checked the reviews (but sometimes people just post for the sake of saying, or sometimes just because they don’t like the odor/color). Therefore, I was in doubt about two products one had a lot of reviews and was recommended by amazon and the other was this from “PHYSIO NATURAL”. Therefore, I checked carefully the ingredients of both the product, sizes, and the way they will cover my neck and shoulder. Trust me I made the BEST DECISION of my life by making an order and using this Weighted Neck and Shoulder Wrap. After the first day of use (ONLY ONCE a day) and my pain was relieved from 9.5 to 6.5 without using any medications. I am not being paid or asked to write something good. I usually do not post reviews, but when I do find something extraordinary, I review it. THE WARMTH, WEIGHT, THE WAY IT COVERS THE PRESSURE POINTS OF MY NECK AND THE SHOULDER seriously is a gift. I am really GRATEFUL and THANKFUL to find this product and have already recommended one of my friends who has neck and shoulder pain. The day I bought it and after a week today, when I am reviewing, my neck and shoulder PAIN HAS been REDUCED from 9.5 to 6.5 to 4 (without OTC medications) just by using this product. I bought this for my kiddos who need an extra dose of sensory input. We call it "the heavy" and they like to lay it across their torso or side when they are lying in bed. This is much less expensive than special sensory weighted products. I would buy another one. but it's currently out of stock. I took off 1 star because it's too large for my microwave, I'd love to make it warm for myself to use, but overall, a great product and a great price for what I'm using it for.

I have two herniated discs and suffer from chronic debilitating neck pain daily. This has been my SAVING GRACE and literally the only thing that works to reduce my pain!!!! The deep heat helps to loosen the muscle, the fabric is super soft and the fact that it’s weighted helps put pressure in all the right places. The lavender scent smells amazing but when you use it as often as I do it fades away quickly. This has been the best purchase I’ve ever made! Highly recommend buying this if you suffer from neck pain. As if things couldn’t get any better the owner is super responsive & nice and with this purchase you get a free gift voucher which cane right away! Great company & fantastic product!!!!!

This is a quality product. Well made and the fabric is nice and soft. It is a heavy item and fairly large. It fits in my full size microwave easily without touching sides. It retains heat pretty well ( 15-20 mins, I'd say). The lavender smell is nice. I don't feel it is too strong but I enjoy lavender. It is soothing on upper shoulders and upper back and the weight keeps it nicely in place. The only negative for me is that it is not flexible at all as far as the neck part. I can't get good relief on back and sides of my neck as it is stuffed really firmly and I can't mold it around my neck as well as I'd like. The stitching and filling really holds the intended shape to fit over shoulders ( which is fantastic if that is the area you need relief!) and is not moldable into another configuruation one may desire. These beads will not shift on you into one big lump though, and that is good. I love their products and bought the hand mitts for my husband prior to this purchase. He loves them and they are super nice. I am just very disappointed in this latest item to not be able to get more side neck and upper neck relief from it. If you need neck relief, I can't recommend this particular item.

If I could wrap my entire back in this I would!Having said that, it’s actually a really good size. It sits well on my neck and shoulders. But my favorite thing about this wrap is that it is malleable so this wrap is quite versatile for different parts of my body. I was also able to lay it flat on my bed and lie on it when I had a knot in between my shoulder blades. It’s SO soft, too.It’s quite heavy...kinda’ feels like a giant hug and it rested on my shoulders well. I almost wished it even had a snap on the front to close at my neck, but then again I suppose the point is to relax while letting it work,lol!The aromatherapy scent was strong when I first took it out of the bag but it aired out after a couple of hours and is just right now. Satisfied with this product. It does serves its’ purpose well.

I ordered this product for kits and a pinched nerve in my neck and upper back So far, so good. It took me a couple of times to dial in the correct amount of time to heat the Wrap with our microwave. Once I figured that out, I got great relief in my neck and shoulders on my first use. I like the product’s added weight along with its heat retention. This wrap fits around my neck well and is of higher quality than similar wraps that I have owned and used in the past. I am really satisfied with my purchase.

Very pleased with this microwaveable heating neck/ shoulder pad. The material is soft and comfortable against the skin. I have used other similar style products for heating the neck and shoulders and find this one to be very well sewn and it provides a damp deep heat. The only comment of improvement would be to lengthen the piece across the back in order to fit slightly larger shoulder widths. Otherwise I quite found this easy to use. It heats well in the microwave. I usually place it onto a heatproof plate and heat it at intervals at one minute at a time for the rotations. At each minute, I will take the pad out and re-shape it and replace it. When doing so, it helps distribute the heat it absorbs through the other 2 minutes of microwaving. Remove it and give it a couple of good shakes and place over the shoulders. Love that extra warm intense heat it provides. Highly recommend.

I ordered the neck and shoulder wrap and was going back and forth between one that is electrical. This product is quite nice. It’s weighty and very soft. I appreciate that I can be anywhere without a cord and can get it comfortably hot, which is what I needed for neck pain. My only wish would be a small clasp to keep it snugly around my neck and shoulders. Also, the aromatherapy scent is amazing; that was a nice surprise.

I got this as a gift for my mum who loved that it went up to the neck. Her neck is often where her aches come from. She did say that the weight over the shoulders part is too heavy for her. The weight pulls down over her shoulders and makes her neck ache worse. So this gift has now been placed in a cupboard probably to never see much light. It's also big and bulky, so heating it up is awkward. For the price (which I now realize when I bought it was definitely overpriced) I don't recommend.

The product is high quality, it's certainly worth its price. It is very soft, fits to shoulder perfectly. I kept it in microwave with highest power for 1. 30 minutes, it was warm enough and stayed warm for at least an hour.

Missing a connector to keep on shoulders. It is a nice weighted wrap but it falls off because the front is not as heavy as the back. I had to add a tie to keep it on. Recommend they add a clip or tie to it.

I absolutely love your product. I work in long term care and have pain daily. This really helps relieve my pain I will use it daily!!
