I purchased four of these for use in my garage ceiling fixtures and they are seriously bright. It's light as day in my garage now; just don't look at the lights, otherwise you'll be seeing spots for a while. I found this product after I received an ad from an Amazon seller for a similar item; which was overpriced. I kept combing through the search results because you'll find different sellers offering the same item with no to slight variations. I learned to avoid the version with a motion sensor and then found this product; which was approximately $10.00 cheaper than the other products. To me, it looks better with the black heat sinks. I love the practicality of the design and they are well made. Installation couldn't be any easier and the light output is blazing; I have 28,800 lumens lighting up my garage for the energy cost of four 55 watt bulbs. I would suggest adding the Squaretrade 3-year warranty for $2.38 each; it's cheap insurance against premature failure. **** UPDATE **** No problems whatsoever with any of the lights since installation. I love how bright they are; it makes a huge difference in my garage.

This light is great! I bought 2 of these lights, one for the garage and one for my uinfinished basement. I used to use 200 watt bulbs in my 2-car garage and my basement to have enough light to see anything, but they don't last long and are getting hard to find. I like the efficiency and long life of LED's so decided to try these lights. They are the greatest! I can see everywhere in both the garage and basement. They are very bright and the adjustable wings make it easy to get light where you want it. Just screw it into the socket like a regular light bulb and you're done. My lights don't have the motion detection. There is a slight delay between flipping the switch and light coming on (maybe a half second) that I had to get used to, but it must just be how they operate because they both work that way.

Seriously. I am a big fan and would have to say after some disappointing "Amazon choice" selections, this was a home run. Screws in right out of the box to the light fixture.... no assembly required. Fraction of second delay when turn on switch then WHAM super bright clear white light. This is one of the best things purchased from amazon. No dim or yellowy light. Now, everything can be seen clearly in the space and not straining eyes to see. Also liked the adjustable panels. Made it easy to tilt the panel aimed in the direction of the door so it wouldn't hit an entrant in the face when the door opened. I will definitely but this again. Genuine 5-star satisfaction with this product

Wow, do these things put out some light. Think Cancun at noon on a totally clear day. Wow. I had the usual mess of flickering long fluorescent tube lights in the garage, hanging down a total mess, and I pulled them out and installed these. Sooooo glad I did. Even when it's super cold these fire up instantly and provide a ton of light. Can't go wrong with these. You can bend them and turn them to provide extra light on certain areas. Very cool.

I installed the LED light in my garage. It light up the whole garage and bright. It is easy to install, just screw in like the light bulb. I have this LED light in my garage for over 3 months and still working great. I will buy anther one for my back yard. I recommend to buy this product.

The light this puts out is very bright and is not diffused. If the ceiling is low in the intended area of use (like a basement), it could be blindingly bright in the eyes if one looks up. In higher ceiling applications (like a garage) it may be more comfortable on the eyes. The light is bright and useful for work areas, the LED paddles allow some directionality, and the simple screw-in installation is super easy.

This one was half the price of the Tanbaby and just as sturdy. I've had 2 of these for over a month now and love them. The light is bright enough to help me match clothes (navy vs black) getting dressed in the morning and my garage is bright enough that I can see in the far corners - amazing! Great buy and incredible light! I'll continue to use these!

I was hesitant to buy these, but I could not be happier. I like to work out in my two car garage. But it was so dark with two normal bulbs. I bought these and installed the two new bulbs easily. When I flipped the switch on, I was blown away. Such bright, white light. When my wife saw the light coming from the garage while she was sitting on the couch, she thought the garage door was open and it was sunny out. These are great. One thing I will say is that these came in a box with zero paperwork. The box says there is a three year warranty. But there is no paperwork for a warranty or who to contact for the warranty. It makes me wonder if there actually is a warranty.
