Nice bolts.
Although not stated, these are stainless steel. Also, made in Taiwan and ungraded, which doesn't really matter for this application. The bolts are finished nicely enough and the threads seem well cut. I had no problem exchanging the rusted ones on my bike for these.

They do the job and look good.
Just needed a handful of these to replace rusted handlebar bolts on a bike I was detailing. These are perfectly fine for that purpose.

What a Deal
When I purchased I figured there was may be a ten percent chance they would be stainless. When I gave them the magnet test was I surprised. Look to be good quality and have a nice clean finish.
