To start, the description is incorrect about the capacity being 50 lbs. The product literature and the promotional photos all say 33 lbs (15 kg). Keep that in mind. I think this is a fantastic buy, especially when on sale. The wheels roll well, the ease of setup cannot be overstated, and the build quality is impressive. It's adjustable for a foot-to-foot tripod base of 27.6" (70 cm) to 35" (89 cm), so this should work with a variety of tripods. When not in use, fold it up and store it in the included zipper bag. All-in, it weighs about five and half pounds (2.5 kg), so it's not real cumbersome, either. This isn't a fancy rig - there's no shock/suspension mounts on the wheels, etc, so if the surface you're on isn't absolutely smooth, you'll see that vibration translated to the tripod. But, for the money, you can't go wrong here. The adjustability, and portability, will definitely provide plenty of versatility and functionality. I would absolutely recommend this dolly, and I'm probably buying a second one. See my video for more.

This dolly is very affordable, and I hoped that since we liked our Neewer lights we would also be satisfied with this. It exceeded all expectation - it's bottom-heavy and solid and glides smoothly along as if on air. I like that it folds up and stores in its compact bag, then opens and sets up in seconds; it is very well designed. I can go from unzipping the bag to shooting video on the tripod in just over a minute. Another happy Neewer purchase!

It's a sturdy piece of equipment and works as expected. However, due to the hard plastic wheels you shouldn't roll it across hard surfaces while recording. It makes your video very shaky that not even video stabilization software will fix it. It's ok if you roll it on carpet but not too fast. Maybe if the wheels were bigger and softer rubber tires it would be good on hard surfaces.

Easy to set up and the feel of quality immediately apparent. Wheel locks work well. Arms are solidly constructed and do not flex in my applications - which include a heavy studio tripod, Panasonic SH-1 with battery grip and cage, plus a separate monitor on a Manfrotto arm. Heavy. Easily climbs up onto carpet from hard flooring with the larger wheels. Attachment points for tripod legs support a variety of sizes and style of leg. Overall feeling of quality and sturdiness. I get it that when one sees the word "dolly" one might think this would work for doing dolly shots. But I think that is an unfair expectation. If you want smooth dolly shots you would likely need a smooth surface and some expensive equipment. These, on the other hand, are fantastic for making your lights and camera tripod portable around the studio. How did I make do without them? Highly recommended.

I was looking for a way to maneuver my tripod easily around the studio. This Dolley is heavy duty but I would suggest the 3" wheels over the 2" option. The telescoping legs allows each leg to be independently adjusted for a more stable stance. Once it locked into place it seems like a very sturdy base for just about any size tripod. The 2" unit is ok but it struggles on variable surfaces (carpet, hardwood, tile...). The 3" wheel option is better and smoother in general operation. The storage bag is nice to have for transport and comes in handy for light protection. I am overall very happy with this purchase and seems to be high quality metal and plastic and should last a long time.

I never write reviews but I felt I needed to this time. I used this the first time on the day it came in and I love it! I hate I didn’t buy it sooner. It rolled great on the gym floor and was so much easier than trying to carry my lightstand around.

se lo tengo puesto a un c stand kupo con jirafa transversal softbox de 120 cms y ad600 balanceados con pesas de 4 kilos al otro extremo, ya lleva más de un año así y no se ha dañado 😆

Es impresionante como tan solo colocar en un trípode de cámara de Tv este dispositivo y se convierte, automática y rápidamente, en un trípode móvil, con gran calidad en sus desplazamientos y sin ninguna complejidad. Viene todo montado a falta de extender cada una de sus tres patas a la longitud deseada. El trípode a convertir en móvil se ubica e introduce en sus correspondientes aperturas y se aprietan los tornillos a mano, más fácil imposible, convirtiendo un trípode fijo en uno móvil. Hemos movilizado, de este modo, 3 cámaras de televisión y el resultado ha sido más que satisfactorio
