It’s imaginative, achievable cooking and the author speaks plain truth in a way that gives you all the information you need without over complicated explanations. This is the best book in my whole collection of healthy eating books!

One of the best keto cookbooks
This book has delicious recipes that aren’t overly complicated.I am not a natural chef/baker, and can get overwhelmed with some recipe books. But I can honestly say, everything I have tried to make from this book has been a hit! And many of these recipes are my favourite go to foods. My non keto family adore the dishes too and often don’t realise it’s keto. I also recommend Sahil’s YouTube channel, “Headbanger’s kitchen”. He has many fabulous recipes, not all keto so enough choice for everyone. But every one of them delicious.

WOW, WOW, WOW
This cookbook is truly amazing, it serves up restaurant level meals with clear, concise and easy to follow instructions. It give an accurate cumulative "Carb Count" for each menu, thereby taking out the uncertainty for those of us on a KETO CRUSADE on how many carbs you can have daily. We've only had this book for about 2 weeks and have tried about 5 recipes, one of which, the "Chicken in mushroom sauce" is truly amazing, so much so we have had it 3 times. Keto diets are often perceived as boring and difficult to follow, NOT WITH THIS BOOK it isn't 👍👍👍👍👍

Best keto cookbook I've ever seen
Thank you Sahil (author) the quality and content if this book is amazing and soo lovely to see measurements in grams. Great recipes, easy to use instructions and a personal note from the author with each one. If you are considering buying this book, do not hesitate, can't recommend it enough.

Awesome! Perfect for a beginner!
I'm so loving this book right now. The 90sec mug bread is extraordinary! The pictures are gorgeous, the recipe selection is great and I love how he writes as it's really easy to read. Thanks

Huge book but Very limited and not worthwhile the price
Although it includes great ideas, the ingredients and recipes are so limited which you don’t really expect from a huge recipe book. Far too many ham, bacon and pork ingredients in most recipes, very few fish recipes (with almost no variety), some beef and no lamb at all! It lacks substitutes suggestion for vegetarians and vegans and people who might not want a specific type of meat.

BUY THIS BOOK
This is one the the nicest cookbooks I own. It doesn't feel like a "diet" cookbook at all. The recipes are hearty, easy and most of all, delicious. It has everything from breakfast, making your own sauces, sides, mains and desserts. Like, tiramisu. Theres just enough in here that makes me want another edition with 100 more recipes. BEAUTIFUL. The pages are thick, the recipes easy to follow and the photographs are beautiful. This book was made for people who WANT to cook and EAT. Fantastic job Sahil Makhija. Thank you. If you are on the verge of buy vs dont buy, BUY IT.

THE best keto cookbook
This is the only keto cookbook you need. I bought a bunch of keto cookbooks, this is the only one I use. The author also has a keto cooking website but get the book. Amazing recipes, great pictures, pretty easy recipes that are full of flavour. Breakfast, snacks, dinner, sweets… you’ll look forward to cooking and eating on keto with this book!

Amazing book, easy recipes and sooo tasty!
I love this book! Already tried like 30 recipes. Recipes are quite easy and very tasty. Book has illustrations and has some vegetarian options. Main advantages: + tasty recipes + images + calories / nutrition information provided + alternatives to regular (many carbs containing) recipes like bread, ketchup, desserts + most of products are easy to find in a local store + some vegetarian recipes
