My device arrived earlier than estimated. I have had three treatments so far. I find it very relaxing and was able to comfortably start at level 2. The device is easy to use and it takes 24 minutes to complete a full treatment of my face and neck area. You do have to keep the device moving because it does get really warm. It feels like a relaxing hot stone treatment and I treat my skin before bed. My skin looks great after a treatment. My skin feels tighter and on some nights I follow up with a mask. The next day my skin has a nice glow. I plan to follow the five days a week treatment protocol. I have not had any reaction to the gel. I am really excited to see the results after four weeks. I have researched many RF products online and felt this product was worth the investment based on the science behind it, ease of use, esthetician YouTube videos, company reputation/background and being FDA approved.

If the company sends me a new one, I'm happy to try it again and review it. I had so much hope in this product. I noticed a difference after the first use. On day three, it stopped working. I was not able to get any feedback from the company and ended up returning it so I wasn't stuck with a dead product. I'd love to try this again with one that works.

Kind of surprised (pleasantly) but it does seem to tighten up the skin even though I’ve only used it a couple times. I have a LOT of skin gadgets (LED, ultrasonic, infrared, EMS..) and one did have a RF function but didn’t really seem to do much so I was hesitant to spend money on another. But it had this 3Deep technology that I researched - not too much about it online (only this company uses that term) but read enough to convince me to give it a shot. Also lots of good reviews here but let’s be real can’t always trust that (and yes this is a REAL review) Looking forward the the 4 week results! Hope to look a bit younger and more taunt by Christmas :) Also yes it feels a little light/ cheap but who cares, so long as it works. Nicely packaged and came a few days early!!

I really enjoy the warmth of this product. It feels very nice on my skin-when moved in circular motion as the directions suggest. Leave it too long in one place and it will burn. I've been using it for a week solid. If there are changes, they are subtle and I don't see it. But NEWA even states, give it a month. I'm just staying consistent-every night. It's a nice way to carve out some "me time," which with 3 kids, a FT career, and now distance learning-is rare.

I had read a lot about this product. It's not a miracle overnight. Just constant use. I use it 5 times a day. So far, so good.

Dear Seller, My activator gel is not clear color like others are. Could you please check? The smell is also not fresh.

Love it. It works, it's made well. It's easy, and I plan to buy another just to have a back-up. I hope they come out with a body version, something really large so I can tackle my thighs!!!!!

I have used this as recommended with no results. Been almost 4 weeks so will return as not to lose my $. This is the second of such product tried and guessing there is not one that works like that you would find at a spa.
