For the ladies in perimenopause, this is a must try! I was battling what felt like every symptom possible, but the fatigue, night sweats, and hot flashes were ridiculous. After a few days of taking this, hot flashes and night sweat were pretty much non-existent. The fatigue was still present, but it wasn't as bad. I stopped taking it for a few days because I ran out and had to wait for my order... And oh boy, let me tell you. The hot flashes and night sweats came back with a vengeance. I only stopped taking it as I start HRT, but had I not started the HRT, Estroven would be an absolute staple with my daily meds. I also tried the "regular" pink box, which also hped, but the yellow box seemed to help just a tad more / better. Highly recommended! Love it. I started taking this otc product in my 40s when I was having terrible insomnia & sudden irritable moods which wasn’t normal for me. It really did help me sleep better & stopped my terrible mood swings. I am 72 & still take because if I ever quit it then the insomnia & irritable moods would come back. Keeps me happy which makes my hubby happy. This product comes in 3 different types but only this one in the yellow box works for me. When you start it you need to give it 1-2 months to see if helps you. It can be hard to find so suggest buying on line.

I was going through a nightmare with the hot flashes. Now I'm on HRT, which is working even better. I can't say anything bad about it because they gave me energy that I desperately needed. It helped with the hot flashes to an extent.

I’m 50 and started getting severe night sweats and hot flashes about two years ago. After seeing an OBGYN, I went back on the low dose pill and then an estrogen patch which both helped but I came off of it after getting some weird side effects, Within about a week the night sweats came back with a vengeance to the point I was waking up every 60-90 mins with that horrible falling off a cliff feeling and covered in sweat. I was miserable and not looking to go back on HRT. I thought I’d try the Estroven + stress after reading reviews, and OMG what a difference!! I didn’t notice any change for the first two weeks, but I kept taking them, just like other reviewers have said. Then by day 16, I noticed I wasn’t having any hot flashes and my night sweats were getting less. I was sleeping for several hours a night without waking up. By day 20, all hot flashes have gone and I have maybe one small night flash a night now! My mood does seem better and I generally have more energy, but that still varies day by day. I’m going to keep taking these for the full 60 days and am hoping to feel like my old self again. If you have hot flashes and night sweats that are making you miserable, take these. They actually work!!!

1st, I really offer reviews, and never this long if I do. However, I’ve been ordering Estroven on Amazon since 2020, and I can honestly say this little yellow box has been a lifesaver for me. My doctors prescribed two different combinations of estrogen and progesterone over the years, and neither worked well for me. The side effects were awful, and I never felt like myself. Estroven, on the other hand, has consistently helped my hot flashes and menopause symptoms without all the drama. The biggest sign for me is whenever I stop taking it, I notice almost immediately. Apparently hot flashes plan on sticking with me for life, and this is the one thing that actually keeps them manageable. One piece of advice: be careful with third-party sellers. Make sure you’re buying from a reputable seller with lots of reviews and ratings around 4.5 stars and up. Honestly, that goes for almost anything these days. It’s frustrating that we have to investigate every purchase just to avoid counterfeit products or terrible customer service, but unfortunately that’s the world we live in now. For me personally, this product has absolutely been worth it.

I was a miserable, miserable wretch in my perimenopause hell. My family was miserable too. All of the classic symptoms that make women want to eat the faces off of everyone around them once they're going through this Life Change Ride From Hell. It's a natural process yes. But it's rough. Nightsweats, hot flashes, bloating, weight gains, IRRITABILITY, moodiness, adult acne (WTH), low energy, aching, sore and painful joints... overall feeling not yourself, not your best, and thoroughly rotten! Asking "is it the dreaded virus or am I dying of a terminal disease? OR IS IT PERIMENOPAUSE?" Googling will bring no comfort there. I took this for two boxes and I felt almost immediately better within the first week! It was astounding! I beat my personal best times in my walks and hikes. I was lifting weights and feeling ah-mazing! My mood was uplifted! I was back to the old me... but improved! I had so much hope! It was pure bliss! Until it wasn't. I'm on day 23 of bleeding... my period that just won't end. (Well I had a 6 days pause. Those glorious 6 days... back in August.) I feel rotten again. Plus the bleeding. I stopped taking this a couple of weeks ago because I had read a few other reviewers who said the black cohosh made them bleed or brought their periods back from the grave. I appreciate the good things this supplement did for me but my uterus tap needs turned off and I will have to go to the Dr here soon if persists. Sorry to say that this supplement doesn't work for all and has some nasty results sometimes. It's too bad because those two months of feeling human and better than ever were fantastic :(

Been using this for over two years. Have it on subscribe and save. I take this along with black cohash. My symptoms have been relieved by about 90%. Occasionally a very brief hot flashe breaks through but it's still a fantastic product.

I use this product for menopause hot flashes. Works great. It does take a few weeks to kick in though so you have to try and be patient!

Took it only for 2 days now. Hope it works.
