I spent a week trying to decide on velociraptor models to get and landed on this one. I waited for 4 days and was GIDDY when I received it today. Very happy about it. Will be placed proudly on my shelf

A great addition to my sons collection. HOWEVER. The paint on this model is sloppy. There is overspray on the white and the indentions are lacking paint. My son is a perfectionist when it comes to collecting and doesn't like these kinds of mistakes. It could be touched up with paint but as a new product you hope not to have to. I would give this a 5 star as a toy for a child who just wants to play with it and a 3-4 star for a collectable.

It's a very beautiful figure. The colors in real life aren't nearly as vivid but that doesn't mean they're dull. They just don't POP. Mine came with a dot of hot glue on the roof of it's mouth, but it was easily removed by putting a sharp knife to it. No damage to the paint so I'm happy. If you're looking for a cool Velociraptor figure at a reasonable price this is your best bet!

This replica looks just like some of the feathered artist renditions of raptors you are beginning to see in BBC videos. Sturdy and stands unassisted, unlike other cheap models. Great paint job and details.

Awesome, realistic depiction of a velociraptor. Love the feathers. Very fierce expression. Knocking off a star, just because mine doesn't stand upright as it should. Also, I do not fault the product for this, but just thought consumers might want to know that I don't think it would be good for very small, and uh let's say "kinetically enthusiastic" children--they would probably break it fairly quickly. I actually bought this my kid, but have decided I'll hold onto it for a couple more years. It looks cool in my office though.

This is what Velociraptor looks like, fully feathered and with accurate skull. Great naturalistic color scheme and active pose, I hope that this one help to spread the truth about this dinosaurs and that even feathered they were still "awesome".

This statue is currently one of the most accurate depictions of Velociraptor available — complete with feathers and, thanks to pigment analysis of the fossils, the most likely color pattern as well. It even received a very positive review on the YouTube channel “Your Dinosaurs Are Wrong.” I separately purchased the base it’s standing on, featuring ferric red earth and dry tufts to resemble the Mongolian badlands of the Late Cretaceous (Gamers Grass).
