Works very well, and it's easy to work with.
Worked awesome, very easy to use and stopped a leak, stuck with no problem and the adhesive is holding up very well. I've used it for my roof so far, and it's been through a few solid days of heavy rain, and is still working, it's a robust flashing tape! I only used it on my roof so far, but there alone has proved it has a variety of uses. At only 20 bucks compared to other options for stopping leaks, it's a cheap short-term fix that you can apply a long term fix over, and for me, gives me peace of mind when it's raining.

Good product. The small 30ft rolls are expensive but useful in a pinch.
Good product, worked well for sealing the zip system panels and flashing all my doors and windows. It's nice being able to buy the small 30ft (~$23) rolls in a quick pinch, but if you've got time, I'd recommend ordering the 90ft rolls (~$33) in bulk or in singles on sites like ebay to save money.

This is amazing tape!
This tape is not permeable and sticks to anything and is easy to peel away without damaging finishes. I am in the building business and did an air test for 4 story school recently and sealed all the incomplete openings with this tape and it passed with flying colors. I even used it for small household item repairs and this tape does not give up-it holds every time!

Reliable, Durable, Long-Lasting
Firstly before buying this product thru amazon, i went to Home Depot and Lowe's to get this exact same product but if you are trying to buy it in bulk then it is super expensive. I am needing this flashing tape for work and on amazon the prices are a whole lot better if you are needing more then 3 rolls. The only thing is there is no description whether the rolls are two part or one part application. This one has a seconday paper layer that you need to peel back before applying and this makes it more time consumping than the other version that has no extra layer and you just peel it off itself like typical duct tape

Excellent adhesion!
So far so good! Super sticky and had no trouble adhering to my siding and windows vinyl. Very easy to use and install so far it seems impervious to water.

Excellent flashing
This is great flashing. It is extremely sticky; your fingerprints will pull right off with it. Definitely worth the money. Seals gaps with ease. You can stretch it like a rubber band.
