Not a heathen any longer!
The Blue Bidet BB-3000 is a great product! I do not know why I lived 55 years without it. It's only 10 gazillion times better than toilet paper. You have to ask yourself....if I was trying to clean my hands...would I use thin tissue or a nice spray of warm water...? I have installed one here and one for my parents....installation was a breeze except that with both installs there is no fexible connection with a 7/8" connection. Every toilet I've seen in my life needs a 7/8" female to connect to the bottom of the water closet. GREAT PRODUCT!

after hand surgery on my right hand I need extensive surgery on my left hand. My brother-in-law installed in 30 minutes and I will continue to use this after recovery. I just love it.

Leaked.
It leaked upon start up and the color was off.

Extremely loud toilet tank refills and IT NOW LEAKS -- no remedy from manufacturer in either case!
When the toilet tank fills, this product makes a very loud and high-pitched sound, and Blue Bidet's only suggested remedy is to 'lower the refill rate,' (by turning the water supply valve) which indeed works in eliminating said sound, but results in a verrrrry slow-filling toilet tank. Oh, and now the control unit leaks (as found by another reviewer)!

DOES NOT COME WITH THE FITTING FOR THE USA. I AM STILL LOOKING FOR THE FITTING TO INSTALL THIS UNIT.
I HAVE in stall Bidet all over the world in our travels.. 10 in the USA this is the first one that did not come with USA pipe fitting . I have spent Hours and over $20.oo in fitting . DO NOT BUY THIS UNIT -- THE ONES ON EBAY ARE CHEAPER AND HAVE ALL THE RIGHT FITTING , OH I BROUGHT THIS ONE FOR THE COLOR (BEIGE) TO MATCH . AND THE AMAZON 2 DAY FREIGHT IS 10 DAYS .

Blue Bidet in beige - a quality product!
Very impressed with the quality of this reasonably priced product, and it functions perfectly! Only thing I had to add was a replacement for the shut-off valve for the hot water supply, which was so old and corroded that the t-fitting did not properly screw onto it. Once everything was together with the (supplied) Teflon tape, I opened the valves and there was NO LEAK! Ordered same item in white for my other toilet, and one for a friend!

Absolutely Awesome!
I will never be without a bidet again! Not only is this easy to put in, but it's actually built very well. The only negative I have is that the plastic screws are kind of crappy. We replaced our screws with stainless steel ones. It's an excellent starter bidet for someone who's not sure if they want one or not. Once you have it you'll never be without! I absolutely love this! We have actually purchased two!
