Ordering was easy. Bit of a large delivery window of, anytime in 2 days? Tracking site was not regularly updated. Bench was delivered at 22:10hrs! Didn't bother ringing doorbell. Bench left by side garage + note through letterbox. The bench was ready for assembly. No packaging......good idea. I had also ordered a back 'slat, to ensure cushions etc, did not fall out of back. Watched the assembly video & downloaded written instructions, direct from supplier. 1 x Man assembled....no real problems. Sturdy & value for money.

This is a solidly built garden seat that will last for years. Each piece of timber is robust and accept the fixings easily. It is much, much better than the many cheaper ones you can buy and therefore much better value for money. The only issue was the instructions- there weren't any. Promised with delivery email (no delivery email) Promised on Amazon messenger (never arrived). Told they were on You tube- not our bench. You might think a bench of only 4 pieces and a dozen screws wouldn't need instructions, but it would have saved half an hour of quizzical searching if a simple diagram was includes. Doesn't impair our pleasure at the bench though.

The bench is easy to assemble but I recommend using an electric screwdriver and having a 10mm ring spanner or socket and being with an assistant. I was disappointed that after assembling precisely to instructions the bench does wobble (we bought the 6’ version). I had to purchase m8 100mm bolts, washers, and nuts to replace a couple of the supplied fixings and add additional fastenings. This was an additional hours work with a drill and 13mm socket and spanner. Now this is done the bench is sturdy and we are pleased with it. The quality is good but the fixing design is not up to the job

Really sturdy bench. It still smells wood and it’s lovely. It’s quite heavy - which shows that’s proper wood but easy to assemble. It arrived before the time and the company lets you the exact time when they’ll deliver it. Assembly instructions are sent by email. I recommend and will buy again for my front garden.

Great quality at a great price. Really easy to assemble comes in four pieces with all fittings and holes pre-drilled, took me about 5 minutes by myself. Good solid unit, looks and feels quality.

Chunky timber ,should last for years ,had no problem fixing together using an electric screwdriver also gave a couple of coats of teak oil just for added protection ....very pleased was exactly what I wanted .

Solid bench, very good quality and value for money. Slight problem with the size of the back rest, but resolved promptly by the company - excellent customer service
