Contact information to register item and get support is fraudulant ( nothing exists on line and phone number is answered by a company that said they know nothing about this product ). I went to my desertcart account to return item and it stated it could NOT be returned via the mail. So I am essentially stuck with a defective product with no recourse left to me. I rate it one star b/c I believe I HAVE to rate it something. Review: I love this little item, it's packed with tons of different old, classic TV programs - I use this at night to help me sleep. I'm looking forward to taking it on the plane with me when I go to Florida I'm October!! It's got tons of old classic TV shows that we watch on TV and I never get tired of. It's lightweight and easy to use and the battery lasts a long time.

Battery life is not good.
I wanted to listen while I was mowing, but battery that was fully charged only lasted for about 30 minutes. I wanted to return it but was told it was not returnable. I guess I am stuck with it.
