BEST Gluten free pasta that I have found. Been using gf pasta 6 yrs. Cooks up wonderful not mushy great flavor. I dare anyone having dinner at my home to tell the difference. Cost more but worth every penny.

Each pack is only 8+oz, so it's super expensive. That said, I actually like it better than regular pasta. It has a slightly sweet flavor and it's gluten-free as well. Try it, you'll like it:)

I was looking for an alternative to rice flour pasta and found a restaurant diner's top review of Le Veneziane gluten free corn pasta. I've had other corn pasta before and in my opinion, Le Veneziane is the best corn pasta I've ever had. It cooks well and retains an ideal firmness. While it is a tad pricey, the four-pack is a great value considering that it is such a high-quality product. I will absolutely be purchasing Le Veneziane again!

I am gluten free and have tried many brands most of which are gummy and don’t taste very good. This is a corn pasta that is not only delicious but cooks up as firm as you like. Many Italians are celiac so trust them to make a great gluten free pasta.

I have celiac disease. I am so happy I discovered this brand. It is so good my husband eats it as well feeling that there is no reason to make separate pastas. They have just bout as many types of pasta as you can want. Actually lighter than regular pasta so you don’t have this sense of over stuffing yourself after a normal servicing size.

We eat this pasta in our house exclusively, I am not gluten free but my wife is and I am unable to tell the difference, and I really appreciate the pasta water. It's much starchier than regular pasta water. Excellent for things like Cacio é Pepe where the pasta water is an integral part of the recipe.
