Soon after it was first displayed it became very popular and with time, one of the more charming classic of modern design. Not only was this beautiful Eames stool a place to sit, but it can also be used as a low table, display surface, or simply an object of modern art.

Delivery took a pretty long time

Delivery took a pretty long time, but more frustrating is this doesn't seem like a single block of wood (contrary to the description), unless for whatever reason they cut it in half and fastened with a metal rod. The base of the stool came completely detached, and the thing falls apart when moved. That said, it is pretty and when stationary, does the trick.
