When I ordered the tile, it was wrapped nicely so hopefully none of the tile would break. Only one tile did but customer service was wonderful with tracking all my boxes, replacing the broken tile and just getting back to me so quickly. The tile is great quality for the price. Recommend tile and this company highly.
