How to change the battery?

First, the first battery should be inserted and pressed down with a pin, then you can insert the second battery (observe polarity!). To remove the battery, turn the hearing protector over and tap the underside.

What is the difference between the Sordin Supreme Pro and Pro-X?

The Sordin Supreme Pro-X is equipped with even more robust electronics and waterproof microphones, making it more suitable for outdoor use than the Supreme Pro.

Why is my hearing protection noisy?

The Sordins amplify ambient sounds so that you can hear e.g. rustling leaves better - these sounds are sometimes misidentified as "noise". Actual noise can be caused by bad/old batteries.

Can the leather strap be removed?

Only the fabric straps can be removed and replaced without damaging them. The leather straps have to be cut for this.

Does the hearing protector have an AUX connection?

Yes, a smartphone can be connected via the 3.5 mm connector on the bottom (only for listening to music - no headset function).
