Will this helmet fit a 10 year old, his head measured close to 23"

My son is 13 years old (a smaller 13 year old) with a 22" plus head measurement size, and the helmet fits him well. He states, just right!! I hope this helps!!

Can you see just as good with the full helmet? I'm debating on a full face helmet versus a traditional bike helmet, is the vision view similar?

I have not worn it, only my grandaughter has but l can tell you that your side vision will be prohibited somewhat, but this helmet will give more protection than a bicycle helmet and this helmet is not heavy, very light
