Now that I'm writing this to y'all, I feel like that habit may look a little drug addicty but it is not addictive and I have gotten to a place in my life where I don't care what others think. It's just so enjoyable you try to remember to wear it so that when those moments come, it is there for you. One thing that took a sweet valuable star away on my review is that in contrast to the solid feeling and somewhat heavy capsule pendant, the chain they give you to wear it on feels comparatively thin, flimsy, cheap... that's just how I felt when I held it so I put the pendant on a really solid heavy, decorative chain that I felt better matched the look and feel of the pendant.
