Can it be used on indoor plants ?

It says on the label that the product has been tested on a wide variety of both indoor and outdoor plants. HOWEVER you are advised to test the product on a sample of the plant if in doubt, I take this to mean a leaf or small shoot after detatching it from the plant. Also I would google a valuable plants sensitivity to fungicides before use.

What is the difference between this fungal spray and rose clear? Thanks

I have not used it. But a monstera is hardy with tough leaves.
