Men's Mechanical Watches Day Date Black Leather Automatic Self Winding Watch for Men

Bought this watch because I wanted to check the time at work without getting my phone out and because I like the mechanical aspect of the watch. The automatic charging works fine for me since my job requires lots of movement. I can see and read the time clearly. The big numbers for the hours and the little ones for the minutes makes it very easy for me to tell the time. It keeps time great! Maybe off by a 1/4 of a minute but never less or more. The calendar has not worked so far. It requires me to manually change the date. (which I kind of like) I changed the band as soon as I got it. The one it came with fit fine and looks good but I was going for a WW2 watch and this one looked the closest for the price, just bought an another band for it and it looks like what I was going for. A good watch overall I haven’t scratched it yet but I imagine it’s only a matter of time with my job. I would recommend. Edit: The calendar DOES work, the watch would just run out of “power” during the night and not change the date. Just wind it up before you go to sleep and it’ll be fine.

Inexpensive automatic mechanical type watch with IWC Pilot style homage style. If you are just getting interested in "automatic" watches this is a good first one to try. You WILL need to wind it to get it started as it does not have a battery. The beauty of automatic watches; while wearing it will continually charge up some "reserve" energy for you. So if you take it off for a few hours or more, depending on how long you've worn it, it will still have accurate time. This is a less expensive automatic then some others on the market so you're energy reserve will not be as great. I have found if I've fully wound it (don't overwind it, 10-15 turns of the crown is sufficient) and then wear it basically for an average day of approx 8-12 hours; when I take it off for the night it is still running in the morning. So about 10 hours or so of reserve built up. Better mechanical movement watches can get up to 40 hours. There is no light and no lume to light up hands or numbers so if you'll need some light to see in the dark. The date display is very unique in that you can see the date or 2 before and after the current date; with the current date in the wheel at the 3 o'clock position. I believe this style is an inspired homage of the IWC pilot watch which is a more expensive automatic style watch and it looks similar and is a good alternative if you like that look. The band is a faux crocodile black "leather like" material. Suitable for dress or casual but you may want to put a nicer band on it. I don't believe it has any water resistance beyond getting caught in a light rain so don't plan on wearing in the shower or beach etc. The clear open display caseback style is very cool if you're into wanting to see the movement and how it operates a little. It's a nice alternative if you want a change up from an automatic submariner style or digital watch. It is definitely different from what you'll see most people wearing so it stands out as unique and you'll receive some interested comments. It also looks like it cost a lot more than it does. Again; if you like the mechanical automatic aspect of watch wearing and collecting; and if you won't mind having to reset the time and date if you skip wearing it for a few days then this is an absolute bargain. If you're the type of person who is into this unique type of watch and watches in general that don't need a battery or to be charged up like smart watches, then this will be something you'll enjoy wearing. Mine did have a slight issue upon receipt which I won't go into other than to say when I reached out to the seller they were quick to reply and make things right. They are very eager to please and make sure you are satisfied. Good watch at a good price that you'll have some fun wearing.

This watch worked perfectly fine for maybe 2 weeks. The crystal used for the case back and I imagine the dial as well are both made of very thin, brittle mineral glass. First the case back completely cracked, and the movement itself stopped functioning about a week later. Watch is now a dead paperweight. When it did work, the movement was accurate enough for the price, the watch featured both hand winding as well as an automatic rotor, albeit the rotor never was able to really spin freely, always seeming to rub against the inside of the case. Should you get this watch given the price? I'd say no, you're better off getting a quartz for the price, if you want to get into automatic mechanical watches, you might just have to spend a little bit more. I can't recommend a watch it it's just going to break itself, no matter how inexpensive.

For the price, this watch is great. Wasn't expecting much, but it exceeded expectations. Wanted a cheap watch for work that I don't have to worry about messing up. This is it and more. Solid watch, I like the curved crystal, and it looks great on my wrist. Keeps time just as good as my automatic Bulova. The strap is sturdy and looks fine with the watch. If you want a low priced, good automatic watch, you won't be disappointed with this one.

This is almost a great cheap automatic watch option. I got it because I was curious what a $20 automatic watch would be like. Its not great LOL. Then I had to wonder asside from novelty why would anyone insist on a mechanical for $20 when at that price there's so many great quartz options that actually keep great time...better than most expensive mechanical and auto watches even. This watch is basically a novelty, not a reliable time piece. Luckily it can be hand wound as well as auto winding because the power reserve on this watch is awful. I've had it stop or slow down on my multiple times while wearing it. I no longer wear it to work or anywhere I need my watch to not fail me. Other issues, it has no lume and no hacking on the seconds hand. Pros. It looks nice, I love the domed crystal, and it has a display caseback. A display caseback on a $20 watch? That's just crazy but here it is. If the power reserve on this watch was a little reliable this would be a decent watch at any price and a ludicrously great deal at 20 bucks. But as is its just meh, in fact I probably have it higher ratings than it deserves simply because at this price its better than you would expect, but if you need a watch that will not make you late. You can get a quartz alternative that looks just as good and keeps better time.

This is a beautiful watch. An homage to the IWC MK XVII it looks and feels like a very expensive watch. It keeps excellent time, has plenty of reserve (has never stopped overnight) and feels great on the wrist. Watch is easy to set and has reasuring solid clicks at both points on the crown. The automatic function works well. The counterweight spins freely with normal movement of the arm (no need to shake the watch). Band is not leather and looks ok but should be replaced. The watch itself is worth putting a quality band on. I have many watches from high end Swiss to admittedly cheaply made others. This watch looks and feels as good as many of my much more expensive watches. I'm very happy with this purchase and highly recommend.

Excelente relación calidad-precio, el diseño y los detalles lucen más costosos, la correa no es muy buena pero por el precio se entiende, francamente estoy agradablemente sorprendido sin embargo habría que esperar si es duradero, en 6 meses daré mi impresión, por otro lado llegó más rápido de lo que indicaba, el vendedor es muy amable y eficiente.

価格が安かったので どんなものかと思い注文しました。 ちゃんと動くものが届けばいいなと思っていました。 届いてから約3週間使用して見ましたが、普通に使えます。 自動巻きはローターの動きが重い感じなので 手巻きで使用しています。 今のところ3～4日で約1分ほど進む感じですが、許容範囲です。 ケースの目立たないところに少しキズがあったり、梱包が封筒だったり 保証書も取扱説明書なかったりしますが、 見た目も悪くないし、きちんと時を刻んでいるし、価格を考えると驚きです！
