My new favorite
I had been ordering those wonderful pistachios and they are good. These edge them out slightly on a few points. I have yet to find one that is not perfectly opened in these. I'm sure I will but it seems the count is less than the wonderful ones. Secondly, the flavor is spot on great. They just taste perfectly splendid. I bought the lightly salted and in my opinion that is exactly what I received. Well done Fiddyment Farms. When I finish off this bag (in a few days) I'll be reordering these. Trust me, these are really good.

Good quality
I'm certainly no expert on the subject but these are pretty dang good. Some reviewers reported lots of empty shells and unopened nuts. That has not been my experience here. There is one HUGE problem: How do I keep from eating the whole 3 pounds in one sitting? Fortunately, pistachios are quite healthy, from what I'm reading. Easy 5 star here.
