Review: Great case for my Mathews Z7 - I selected this case after reading the reviews on how the case fit the Z7 like a glove... and all those reviews are right on point. There are some reviews that claim that you can case your bow with a loaded quiver and that is something I was interested in since I have a 2 piece quiver that is a pain in the rear to take off and put on frequently. However, there are some caveats. -The case has a nice furry lower potion to set the bow in... and the bow fits in there nice and snug. Almost too snug if you ask me, but as with all new things, it will mold itself in no time to the bow's shape. I do not see that as an issue at all. -There are four latches and two of them lock. With the case latched it stays closed and the halves to not wiggle... and that is a problem I have experienced with other bow/rifle/gun cases. Now let talk about the quiver... like most people I have a stabilizer on my bow. It is 4" long and the bow bits inside the case with it installed with no problems. However, the bow sit in the case a little off center and the quiver hits the pad on the lid preventing it from closing. Not good and not what I was expecting. You have two choices... Remove the quiver or remove the stabilizer... if you want to close the lid that is. Right now I took off the stabilizer and put it inside a sock to prevent it from scratching things up when I move the case around. There is a chance that I may be able to try to mold some of the padding to give me enough space to have everything attached to the bow since it is only off by a tiny bit... I know the picture on desertcart shows the bow with the quiver and stabilizer inside the case but keep in mind that the picture also has the case open ;) There is also no place to strap down anything inside the case. While it is not that big of a deal, it would be nice to have someplace to put the release in the case with out it being loose in there. For the time being, it is also in the same sock as the stabilizer. Overall this is a great solid case and well worth the money and I have no doubt it will do an excellent job protecting the large investment I am storing with in. EDIT: Sure enough, with a little molding the bow fits inside with both the quiver and stabilizer installed :)
Review: Great case with a minor quibble - What can I say - if you're looking for a solid 'locking' (more on that later in the review) 2 rifle case, then it's hard to go wrong with this one. I use this to secure my DMR AR15 build (40" long exactly) and my Remington 870 home defense shotty (38" long) and it works flawlessly for both weapons. The padding is nice and thick, outer shell case is solid, and the closing clasps are very beefy - the only complaint I have (and it's minor) - is the (2) locks that are embedded in the closing clasps are not very trust-worthy to secure. There is a lot of key slop and when locked, it doesn't ooze any kind of confidence that these locks would hold; however, there are (2) padlock locations and I threw on a pair of Master locks and my worries went away. It is very hard to find a case like this and at this price point - not everyone can throw a 750lb gun safe in their home and this is a great alternative for keeping weapons secure and safe - and I have no doubts that this would transport firearms safely as well. Please keep in mind - if your rifle/shotty is longer than 40" - this will NOT work - weapons must be shorter than 40" or you would have to cut into the padding which I would not recommend. All-in, glad I purchased and does what I need it to do (safe gun storage and easy transport to the range)

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Size, SKB Quality.
*by C***C on April 14, 2018*

This started off as a rifle/gun case, and ended up being a bass guitar case. When I used this as a rifle/long gun case, I could fit an easy 4 long guns (assuming none are AR-styled or have large scopes). I've fit 3 long guns in it, one had a scope, the other two didn't (Ruger Bolt-Action Rifle, Mossberg 500 20" shotgun, Ruger 10/22). If I had a fourth, it would have fit with ease. The inside has egg crate on the top and bottom with a thick egg crate divider. I wanted this case since it looks like my SKB iSeries bass guitar cases. That being said, when I've checked my bass guitars in their iSeries cases, I get asked if I have ammo to declare (so, yeah...depending on the crowds that you run in, it either looks exactly like a rifle case or exactly like a guitar case). I have 2-3 of the bass guitar cases and one of the rifle cases. The exterior is identical. When I decided to convert this to being a bass guitar case, all it took was some pick & pluck foam. There are slots to use locks on the exterior of this case, so if you need to have your long gun case locked to comply with local law-add a few Masterlocks, and you're good to go. The wheels are great. I love this style of case from SKB. The iSeries Bass guitar that I have (identical in all except the interior to this case) has been in the gear truck for over 1k gigs, flown in the baggage hold on around a dozen flights, and beyond a few scratches-looks brand new. It is a little expensive but worth every penny.
