Is this product mycotoxin free or contain low mycotoxins?

I think the previous answer about asking the company is a good one. I'll have to admit to not having mycotoxins on my radar at all until reading this question, so I did a little research, which for my peace of mind indicates there is probably so little risk with this product or any roasted coffee that I personally would not worry about it. Roasting and caffeine both kill mycotoxins. what is the difference between this and the Grizzly Claw?

Grizzly claw has more cocoa notes, and the 454 is a bit more earthy and robust.

I expect you mean tasting notes, not tasting method. No there is not chocolate tobacco or maple syrup involved in the production of the beans. What this means is that the roaster hopes that you will taste these overtones in the coffee once it is brewed.
