Excellent Product - Restored White Fences and Removed Other Rust Stains
As EVERYONE else has said, it is REALLY nice to have a product that works EXACTLY as-described by the manufacturer. My property also has in-ground irrigation sprinklers that water the lawn / shrubs, but of course the water also touches other stuff. Because my water has iron it leaves rust stains. I fill the 32 oz ZEP professional pump spray bottle sold at the big box home improvement stores, then spray all the rust stains and the stains disappear. I carefully removed the label from an empty gallon bottle, folded it and taped it around the spray bottle. I use a small plastic funnel to transfer from the gallon bottle to the spray bottle. My long-term usage of this product revealed that eventually the pump sprayer stopped working. My resolution was to submerge the spray assembly in warm soapy water and actuate the lever until normal operation was restored. Depending upon the wind conditions there is a not nice smell that is probably not good. The manufacturer's SDS says: "When used as directed, respiratory equipment should not be needed." I'm not using breathing protection but I get away from the fumes as quickly as possible. When I first started using this on the deep / dark stains I attempted to attain better / lesser usage of the product by using a toothbrush to help the product work better. In my mind on those well-established stains the brushing helped me conserve product. Now it is just a quick spray to attain clean results. It is also used on my painted building walls, where hit by the sprinkler water. I also use it on my flagpole. Everything else, like the concrete curbing the driveway, retains the rust stains.

Goof Off Rust Stain Remover Worth Every Penny!!
I don't usually do product reviews but, this RustAid Rust Stain Remover WORKS FANTASTIC!!! Had some rust stains on our siding and I thought I was going to have the replace the siding. Not only didn't I have to replace the siding, but I didn't even need a ladder. Sprayed the solution with a garden sprayer, waited 10 minutes and hosed it off! PERFECT!!

Worked like a champ, but test an inconspicuous spot first!
This stuff was like magic to remove sprinkler rust stains on my stucco house in South Florida. A couple of the stains took a second application, but the whole process was cake and took less than 10 minutes. I put undiluted RustAid into a standard water spray bottle (not a garden sprayer, just a regular Windex type bottle) and sprayed it directly on the stains on the house. I figured it would take a while to work so I sprayed all the stains on 2 walls, then came back and hosed them off. It looked pretty good but there were still some remnants so I got in close and sprayed the leftovers again. You could see the rust stain disappearing within 15 seconds or so. I soaked all the leftover stains good, then rinsed them off again and my house is now rust stain free. I also sprayed some on a grey PVC/conduit pipe that had been stained and it came clean as well. A word of warning, though, this stuff acts kind of like bleach so I can see where I sprayed it on the house. It's not 'horrible', but it's noticeable. My paint has been through 4 or 5 years of Florida sunshine so it's probably lost all traces of fade protection, but it's worth knowing that you'll see some fading. I'll paint the house at some point but this gets the HOA off my butt for now.

Works great but Handle with care...
Works great but remember to wear protective clothing...It contains Hydrofluoric Acid in less than 1%. But most ER room patients are burned with a less than 1% solution. Read up on how to handle this produce and it works great. Do not get it on your hands, in your mouth or eyes and do not inhale the mist. Read up on the precautions, wear the protective gear, and it will clean rust stains (brown calcium deposits) off your vinyl siding in less than three minutes. Remember to be ready to irrigate after the rust stain disappears to stop the reaction. HF acid seeks out calcium and destroys it, if it drops on your body it goes thought the soft tissue and will resolve bones. Go get calcium shots in the areas that look like water spots on your skin to stop the itching.

Don't bother buying.
Total waste of money. Did not work as stated on label. Applied twice to rust stains on concrete and did not even lighten the rust stains one little bit.

Red dirt stained concrete gone!
So in Hawaii, we have a lot of red dirt which stains concrete walkways. Power washing will only do so much but never make the concrete look new again. Our dog also tracks in a lot of muck and I thought our lanai would be forever stained. I mean it was nasty reddish color! I did notice that were the rain hits the side walk, the red stains would disappear. I surmised that the iron in the red dirt was the culprit for the stains and tried this product. I was amazed. I sprayed the product on making sure the area was saturated enough to stay wet for a few minutes and left it. Slowly but surely as it dried, the stains disappeared. The concrete looks as good as it did when it was new. On the downside, the amount I used covered maybe a 140 square foot area but I think it was well worth it especially for areas not exposed to rain. Ordered another to do other areas so if you got red dirt stained concrete, try this product.
