Is this too small to hold a single tv cord in it?

I used it for a single lamp cord and it was pretty tight. If you’re talking about the electrical cord to the tv, some of those are thicker than a lamp cord, so it might not fit.

These were too small for my internet cable. Do you have in slightly larger size to hold a fuller cord?

How do you cut these to length?

The pieces aren’t very long but if you need to cut them shorter you could easily do so with a hacksaw or circular saw or even a smaller 4” saw tool. If you don’t have a saw then you can probably score this with a utility knife and then snap it off. The plastic these are made from isn’t super thick.
