Good Texture and Good Flavor
I eat these while working outside. I will eat one every half hour or so, to keep energy up when needed. They have a soft gummy texture, but do not melt into liquid. The taste is very good, like a gummy. I have tried other brands that had tough outer layers and/or off tastes, but not so with these. They are the best I have tried so far.

My Favorite Mid Run Fuel
My favorite mid-run way to fuel. Easy to open tubes for quick access and the tube shape makes it easy to store half in a running vest or belt. Easy to chew and they taste better than most other gels or gummies out there. May be a bit large for some folks.

The best gel for runners
Amazing before my run, and during my long run. After 2 years taking gels where they bother my stomach, I finally founded the cliff gels cubes where they doesn’t upset my stomach, they give me energy, and they are easy to chew during the run or race. Highly recommend

Strawberry chews
They are delicious and just what you need during a run. The tester is very good and doesn't stick to your teeth. Delivery box was smashed and items were all over the inside of the bag.

Love these
I used these regularly when I was running, and now my son uses them for tennis. They’re a great way to boost electrolytes and quick carbs during intense workouts without feeling weighed down by food or too much water. They’re easy to chew, sit well on the stomach, and give steady energy when you need it most. I also like that the nutrition info makes it simple to calculate how many to take every 30–45 minutes depending on the workout. Reliable fuel for both distance running and long practice sessions.

Works fine
Love the Clif blocs, work well for hard/summer work outs. The strawberry flavor was fine, but not as good as the watermelon. The price was less, so worth a try.

Good for mountain biking. Great when you need energy and some calories, but you do not want to eat or chew. Good flavor, but I prefer the sours.

I’ve tried various fuelling options and while a little pricier, way better than jelly or gels. I have a sensitive stomach and they don’t cause upset. Highly recommend for Long run days or speed training after a long day of work. Perfect energy source
