Very happy with this lid. I had a problem finding a lid large enough for my very large frying pan. It fits over any of my pans. It cleans up really easily. It is well made and the flexible silicone around the edge makes it more versatile and it will fit more pans. It is on the heavier side for a lid due to the tempered glass but that allows you to see the food you are cooking. Holds the heat in and allows for faster more even cooking. I feel it was a good value and will last for years. Handles going in the dishwasher just fine

I was dubious about this purchase but gave it a go anyhow and was pleasantly surprised! I recently moved to a house with an induction stovetop which meant I needed some new pans. I was given a 12” T-fal nonstick induction capable pan as a housewarming gift, but it did not have a lid. My husband and kids love potstickers and any pan I had with a lid was not nonstick and the potstickers would live up to their name and stick! For a Christmas gift, I gave my husband this lid after I made sure it would cover the pan when it arrived. He was thrilled!! I also have found that I use it for keeping meatballs moist while cooking on the stovetop, and it washes up easily. The only slight downside is that due to the flexible edge, the lid tilts into the pan a bit so from time to time food can get squashed on the lid, but that’s certainly not a deal breaker for me! I hope it will work out as great for you as it did for us!

I bought this lid about two weeks after buying a 12.5" skillet I'd ordered --unaware that did not come with a lid of its own. I did a lot of looking around on Az and I guess 12.5" skillets are hard to find lids for. This one I found is actually adjustable to fit several different-sized skillets. The ridges in the lid (look close at the picture) can hang over the edge while still snugly fitting over a smaller pan, or can just barely fit a big pan like this one I bought. It seems to work well with any size. There's also a tiny hole (with a metal ring bordering) for steam to escape. I don't know if it's oven-safe (the black part looks like silicone so maybe), but the skillet I purchased has a wooden handle so I can't use it in the skillet anyway. So, it's a nice-sized lid that works well for the skillet I purchased and can be used on several other-sized skillets as well (my husband loves cookware and is always buying more of it). But it works well so far. I'm content.

I have a very large skillet and could not find a lid for it. I bought the universal pot lid and it has worked out perfectly. It seals well and I like that it is glass so that I can keep an eye on what is cooking underneath. I've been able to use the lid on some other large pots that I have when I've wanted to cook with a see-thru lid instead of the solid metal lids that came with the pots.

When you don't have a lid that fits your pot or pan, this is the lid for you. It is so versatile that it will fit many different sized cookware. Also, I recently accidentally dropped it. As it fell, I expected it to shatter into many pieces. To my surprise there was no damage. So happy with my purchase.

Great bargain solution for a lid I lost for a very expensive pan. The replacement glass lid It’s more than two or three times the cost of this - this does very well seals with silicone on the sides. My only complaint about it is that it doesn’t have very much of dome shape, so doesnt take up more of the height of the pan. It sits more flat. That’s The only reason I wouldn’t give it five stars. it functions probably nicer than most pan lids I own! If only it had some dome....which might not be possible based on its design. It covers my large everyday pan from Scanpan well, minus the dome, better than the original lid as the silicone makes a nice tight seal

Although quite large --- which on one hand is why I bought it --- this is just about perfect. I love that it is glass so I can see what is going on, and it has a steam vent. The edge is silicone and has ridges so it seats on the pan and doesn't slide around. It is really good quality and will certainly last a very long time. I have a large new skillet and non of my lids fit it, and I have an old skillet that is huge and never had a lid so I rarely used it. So I bought this. The only downside is that it doesn't fit in the drawer with my other lids so I have to store it in the drawer under the oven.

This lid fits perfectly on my wok for both steaming and frying, as well as on several frying pans. I have a lot of glass lids that are difficult to access on the rack, so this lid, which I bought for my wok, effectively substitutes for various sizes of lids.
