I do not know the weight however you do not notice it on your keychain. I will say it comes in handy.

What if the level becomes stiff?

I think you mean the lever that moves to allow the blade to go in and out. It is naturally stiff so that it does not open accidentally. You can apply some oil if you think it is too stiff. I have three of these for family members and I find them to be excellent, especially for the price. I would not worry about the lever.

For those using 2 blades in this knife, what brand and how thick are the blades? The description says it only holds 1 blade. Thanks for any help!

The question was, how "thick" is the blade, not how wide. Blade thicknesses vary, not "standard" width and length.
