So happy I found this
So I’m not a mother but I absolutely love this product. I was a huge user of the honey pot soothing lavender cream and was crushed when they discontinued it. I saw on a Reddit thread that this was a similar option. This product is even better! I use this just to soothe myself from post intercourse or before/during/after my period as I tend to become sensitive. It’s instant relief. I love the scent and it doesn’t leave any residue on my clothes. Highly recommend.

Also for perimenopause/menopause women!!
I scanned with my Yuka app and is excellent! No petroleum, parabens, any toxic ingredients, everything organic and natural. I'm in the perimenopause and I have moisturizers for the "front area" but those one didn't work for the other area...this balm is absolutely amazing, I've been applying just a couple days and I feel the different! Totally recommend.

Saving grace for a mama with a brutal delivery!
I had a brutal delivery. When I say brutal, I mean, BRUTAL. After all the trauma (I will spare the awful details--- it would be a long story), I ended up with both an internal and external tear (grade 4) that were fixed with emergency surgery because I was bleeding out. I had never experienced more pain and discomfort in my life. The ice packs gave me about 5 minutes of relief, but then I was back to the aching pains, stretching and pulling discomfort from the repairs, burning, etc. I was desperate for some relief and stumbled upon this and the spray. AMAZING for some temporary relief and for your sanity. It just cools everything down and relieves the pain, idk how to even explain it otherwise. Just do it and purchase it. This and the earth mama spray were literally 95% of the things I used other than tylenol, ibuprofen, the FridaMama squirt bottle, and tucks pads. Everything else was not worth it--- I mean it. I am now 7 weeks postpartum and still experiencing discomfort and pain here and there from my repair. And I am still turning to this when I feel very uncomfortable. The bottle suggests refrigerating it for extra coolness and I didn't always do that and I still found relief, but on rough days, it feels heavenly when it's cooled so I would recommend getting 2 and keeping one in the fridge. I would scoop it out with a spoon/Q tip/toilet paper and then apply because I wanted to keep the other contents in the jar as clean and sanitary as possible, so food for thought if you're a clean freak like me. It is 100% worth getting. Nothing is a miracle worker and not everything works for everyone, but at the cost and when you're that uncomfortable, anything is worth trying and it's even better when it really DOES help and it has clean ingredients!!

A last-resort product has become my first-line of attack.
I don't often write reviews, but I feel very compelled to leave one for this product. Embarrassing as it may be, the worst symptom of my first pregnancy has been an ongoing bout with TERRIBLE hemorrhoids... Thrombosed, grades 3-4, internal and external, and accompanied by excruciating pain that prevented me from functioning and sleeping normally (let alone continuing on with my regular active workout schedule, etc.). I have a very high pain tolerance and would never have imagined that something so seemingly "minor" as thrombosed hemorrhoids could be so debilitating. To add insult to injury, there's not much that can be done during pregnancy as surgical options are often times more painful and less of a solution than the actual hemorrhoids themselves. Together with my doctors we tried everything from prescription and OTC medications (Protofoam HC, Tucks, ad Preparation H) to "natural remedies" such as apple cider vinegar, sitz baths, etc. (I must also note that I lead a very healthy lifestyle with a diet very low in refined carbs and very high in whole grains, organic ingredients, green leafy vegetables, fiber, etc., so not even diet and exercise are effective as a first line of defense and treatment in this case.) I refuse to take pain medications normally, and even resorted to taking regular Tylenol two or three times just so I could sleep for a few consecutive hours. In all of my desperation and research I came across Earth Mama Bottom Balm. Coming from a physician family, I'm normally very skeptical of "all natural" type of medicinal products, but based o the Amazon reviews I decided that this was worth the risk. After reviewing the ingredients with my OBGYN and determining that the product was safe, I began applying it. For all of my skepticism in the world, I must admit that I felt almost immediate relief for the first time in over 2 weeks. The constant throbbing pain initially reduced (within the first 12-24 hours) to a general light pain that was more manageable. Within 36 hours I noticed a reduction in swelling. It was at this point that I stopped all other forms of treatment with the exception of Tucks pads for cleansing. Another 48 hours later and the debilitating pain had been reduced to occasional discomfort and itching. Within a week the swelling has gone down by about 65% and while things are not 100% back to normal, they are slowly healing and in a very manageable state. I rarely feel pain or discomfort (perhaps slightly during exercise, etc.). I will continue to use this product throughout the remainder of my pregnancy... and in a way I feel very relieved to have found it "the hard way" as I now know about it and trust it as a must-have for all of the wonderful postpartum issues that I will no doubt be going through soon enough. This balm has been a very unexpected life saver.

I used this after both of my birth’s and it was fantastic! I honestly never used ice packs just this cream. The cooling effect was so relieving post birth and helped me heal up really fast. Also relieved any itch that comes when you start healing.

OMG. I cant recommend this higher enough. I ordered this cream before knowing I will need elective c-section so thought I wont need it, however I applied it onto my wound from about they 6 after c-section. It was amazing. Its so cooling and my wound felt 'on fire' for first 3 weeks post op. It took the edge away, cooled the hot burning feeling of the wound.
