This works just as well as the name brand stuff. I have found there is no difference. I add it to my coffee in the morning as directed and no issues at all. Hubby had surgery this past summer and was having issues. I suggested he start taking this and he actually listened to me and away went his problem. I would definitely recommend and so would he.

It fully dissolves into any drink, and doesn't change the flavor. It's chemically identical, and definitely a better deal than that "miracle" name brand.
