300053697 Super Stock Motor Rz

Replaced the silver can with this on a Hotshot restoration. Holy, this is fast, way faster than the sport tuned motor. Be careful not to crash your car. I read online to use a slower 13T pinion with this motor on the hotshot because of overheating, but decided to try a faster pinion at 15T. Paired with a newer 1060 ESC with a capacitor built in, it runs flawlessly. Motor stays relatively cool, a bit warm, but not hot. Ran it for 30 minutes with a NIMH 5000mah battery and ran flawless. Not sure how hot it would be with LIPO batteries, but this combo works for me.

I F'n love it!! Performance increases, speed increases. It alot faster then then stock torque tuned motor. I am running on 2s lipo and it rip!! I don't know how fast it would if it on 3s aha. For the value. It worth it ever penny. I will definitely buy from this seller again.

This motor seems to be working great so far. Did standard dry break in, then oiled up the bushings and let it rip. I've put 4 2s packs through it and this motor makes my lil rc move. It's almost to fast for my street. I plan to get a GPS and hit an empty parking lot at some point.

Smoked the stock 540 in my Wild One, so I replaced it with this RZ. Wow. Wish I had a SkyRC to clock the speed difference. So much more fun bashing. Perfect amount of torque and speed with the 15T pinion. One more drop of gf/cm and it would probably be undriveable.

Great motor pretty quick for a brushed motor but I’m giving it 4 stars because the brushes wear down fast and this motor will require frequent cleaning and brush changes. Not to mention it uses lay down brushes , which you basically cannot find anywhere , I got lucky with my local rc shop having some but online …. Nada . Just go brushless to be honest. … this is 1980s tech that just kinda sucks .

this motor is amazing for the price. For it to be affordable and rebuildable this brushed motor is worth every penny. would by again and again.

Es uno de los motores Brused 540 a 7.2V mas equilibrados de Tamiya. Este motor de 23T es perfecto para iniciación en pista, tiene la campana roja y amortiguacion para el cepillo, fácil de desmontar para su mantenimiento. El motor anuncia unas R.P.M. máximas de 27.500 y un torque de 500g-cm. Personalmente pienso que es mejor montarlo acompañado de un disipador.

Excellent motor great value good power and speed

Nice brushed motor—runs 27,500 r/min! The motor comes stock with bronze bushings, which can be upgraded to bearings in less than 15 minutes. Brushes are also easily replaceable when needed. Recommended if you are looking for a nice, fast brushed motor for a 1/10 scale car!

I would highly recommend it's very fast and very reliable it's got about 10,000 rpms more then a sport tuned motor 👍
