Can extra quark be frozen for later use?

It is a milk product and I think it would get watery. As I experienced with this VERMONT Product. I'am from Germany and we have Quark I would not hesitate, however I do not like this Quark this company sells. It is not worth the money at all.

Does the quark have live cultures_ What is fat content_

Quark is made from fresh local milk that is coagulated overnight into fresh curd, then drained in cheesecloth, similar to old-fashioned cream cheese. The fat content per 1 ounce serving size is 2 g total fat; 1 g Sat fat. Ingredients: pasteurized cow's milk, culture, enzymes, and salt.

Is this Quark cheese made with homogenized milk?

I do not know. On the container it just says that it is made with pasteurized, non-gmo milk. You would have to ask Vermont Creamery about this detail.

Not the consistency that is expected

I have written a complaint and no response from seller, the cheese was in liquid form like drinkable yogurt, if that's what it supposed to be then identify as such, I wanted the cheese as I know quark is, not a liquid cream.
