I returned item only because I was moving and didn't have a use. Review: Works as described - The medium one fits 2 adult sized shih tzus (not comfortably) but this is for emergency use only. We live in a 2 story house so this would be a great product to use to keep our dogs safe if we had to get to safety from the top floor. The rope it comes with looks strong enough to sustain their weight! The only thing I might upgrade is the carabiner for a bigger one that locks. ## Features - KEEP YOUR LOVED PET SAFE: Make sure your pet remains safe in case of fire! I feel more comfortable about being able to get my dog out if there was ever an issue that I would need to get out of my condo in a hurry . That was always my worry ! I can use my ladder ; but, how was I going to get my dog out ! I always thought I would wrap him in a sheet and lower him out first in hopes he would get out on the way down ! However now with this escape carrier he will be safe ! It’s good and strong and not too heavy to lift him out ! So glad I found this ! Thanks Amazon for having this company! Solved my problem ! ## Frequently Bought Together - ISOP Fire Evacuation Device for Pets up to 55 lbs / 25 kg - Emergency Escape Bag Through Windows or Balcony Rope 50 ft / 15 m & Spring Hooks Included (Medium) - 2 Storey Fire Escape Ladder – 14.1ft 4.30m Long - 300mm Wide Foot Hold --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://congo.desertcart.com/products/142238701-rescue-device](https://congo.desertcart.com/products/142238701-rescue-device) --- *Product available on Desertcart Congo* *Store origin: CD* *Last updated: 2026-10-17*
