These glasses are worth the money. They are good for eye strain, fit, weight and style.

Very good product. I think I should have bought it way sooner.

I’ve been using these for the past few weeks and they have worked really well so far! I usually put them on 30-45 minutes before bed, right as I’m sitting down to a TV show with my girlfriend, and I doze off half the time. Great product!

This is a very difficult product to evaluate. To use the product properly you must also do a few things, that by themselves, might improve sleep. Since you wear them 30 minutes before bed, that means you must have a set bedtime. This is new for me and helps sleep. It also means you don’t use electronic devices for 30 minutes at least. This is new for me and helps sleep. In fact I have been listening to audiobooks for about i hour before sleep. The effect of these things, including the glasses, is that I am sleeping slightly less, but deeper and wake up more refreshed. I am also dreaming more. I do still get up some to go to the bathroom, but it is less and for the last week I went back to sleep quickly. I will add not drinking after 8 and see if that helps. The whole package works. I am not sure how much of it is the glasses, but they do seem to help. Edit: we had multiple power failures and each time I woke up because my cpap machine stopped. In times past this would have greatly impacted my sleep. It did not this time.

Worth the extra mula. Clearer and better fitting than the previous pair I tried. Highly recommended.

Don't like to take them off.

The extra money you’ll spend on these is worth it. My sleep has definitely improved. You absolutely get used to the strong red tint after a few minutes of wearing. I’ve “tested” them by watching shows or playing chess unusually late on the computer and noticed I did not feel that crazy “wired” feeling I’d usually feel without wearing them. Sleep is insanely important so I think they’re well worth it!

The day after the return window closed we noticed the screw holding the lens in the frame was missing. The lens swings down and won't stay on the frame. If I could have exchanged them I wouldn't have written this review. Stuff happens...but for the price I expected them to last longer. Guess I will see if I can find a glass repair kit to see if one of the screws will fit. We take very good care of the glasses, haven't dropped them, etc. Aside from the quality of the glasses they seem to do a good job blocking blue light....at least for one eye! :-)
