I wear a 9 1/2 size shoe, should I go up to a 10 or down to a 9?

I too deliberated about the size, normally wearing a 5 1/2. I chose size 5 and they fit perfectly. I would suggest you go down to a size 9.

Do they run big or small? Im an 8.5 and Im trying to decide between an 8 or 9...

I wear 8 1/2 and have 6 pair of these in a size 8. All fit great. I think the 9 would be too big
