I've taken this product before and stopped thinking that I no longer needed this supplement.. Lately I have been reading that chlorella is a good chelator so I just started again. It is cheaper than other brands, but this one seemed to me to be the first of many to follow..

This product works so well that my body no longer needs laxatives or thyroid meds and my hair has started to grow back! I have more energy, I remember things better, you have helped me be an all around better me! Thank you, thank you, thank you. Kyo-Chlorella - love this green stuff! Arrives when it should, is consistently of quality and works. Helps with all the functions of the body. Not near as much pain from fibro, not near as much plaque and tartar on the teeth and the allergies are much better.

It stimulates the colon and helps maintain a regular regimen in the bathroom (at least we hope it's in the bathroom). The tablets are easily taken and the results are good. If you have some irregularity, give it a shot.

I didn't realize it was tablets and you have to take 6. A little hard to swallow and tastes like algae.
