I still have other version of Braun 7 and been used it for 5 years without any problem but is quite loud and when used I could feel pain of pulling hair out but I get used it and is still working well and does job. I decided buy new version of Braun 9 which has lots of attachments like heads for massages skin and face. The head of Epi Braun is definitely bigger and better. Not making loud noises like Braun 7 and I found it while using is less painful. Has as well big bag for all attachments and all set it fit in it perfect. Does job too like Braun 7. Removing hair fine even this tiny ones. Also some attachments from Braun 9 to Braun 7 I can fit in os I can keep like spares also charger is the same and can keep like spares too. Definitely this is very nice set and worth money. Will serve you for years as brand Braun has good products. I made some video and pictures with all set and can see in my review. Hope this will help with decision of purchase.

Has so many accessories and the light of the epilator is great. Works perfectly. Price was excellent.

I've had this around a year. The epilator and shaver works well, however the shaver head broke after the first few uses as it's really flimsy and the replacement I bought has broken as well. They both fell apart whilst shaving armpit. Shame as you do get a good shave with it.

I already had a previous version of braun silk epil epilator and I was very pleased with it. This version is even better.

I am giving one star not for the product(which is great), but for Braun which doesn't care about his UK/Irish customers. I am surprised that other people didn't say anything about it (but we all know English people's politeness), but be aware that this product comes with a 2 pin plug. As I live in Ireland, I couldn't use it so I wrote customer service, thinking it was a mistake. I was surprised that such a big company is covering under the idea that ''For safety reasons, any appliances intended for use in the bathroom and in close proximity to water must plug into a 2 pin shaver socket, to reduce the potential risk of electric shock. '', which we all know it's a lie, as this is a cordless product, so even if you use it in your bathroom, in my opinion you should be able to charge wherever you want in your house. If we look at Philips lady shaver or other brands, they deliver it with a 3 pin adapter/charger, so this is just a lie from Braun to save a few cents they would spend for sending the product as it should. They ended by sending me an adaptor, '' as a goodwill gesture'' (their words), for which I had to pay €5.45, so I could have bought one by myself. Thank you Braun for the lack of respect and I hope this few cents that you save will increase your earnings. Such a shame, as the product is very good, but I can't even enjoy using it, when I remember the bad experience.

I have Phillips satinelle for decades. I changed this time to Braun. Still not convinced yet. Next one will be Phillips again. Many useless items but the essential of the depilator is not great.

Bought this exactly 13 months ago and only used it a couple of times during summer last year. Put it on for the first tim this year and it won't even start. I even bought another charger thinking that could have gone but no, the unit itself just won't come on and surprise, it is just out of warranty! What an absolute waste of money.

Je met 5 etoules parce que de façon générale, c'est quand même le top du top de l'épilation. Dans le détail : -Après des années au rasoir j'appréhendais un peu la douleur de l'épilation électrique. Première grosse surprise, sans mettre le capot "débutant", le poil est enlevé sans faire aussi mal qu'avec les vieux épilateur ! -Il fonctionne effectivement très bien sur poils courts et fait le job très rapidement. -la lumière d'appoint est très pratique pour voir les petits poils discrets. - l'utilisation sans fil est super pratique pour passer facilement devant derrière et sur le côté - la charge est rapide et tiens longtemps (possibilité de faire toutes les zones du corps sur une seule charge) - les multiples accessoires sont également très pratiques pour orendre soin de soi en douceur Les points qui demandent à être retravaillés. - l'accessoire pour l'épilation du visage est une super idée mais pourquoi le faire fonctionner à piles ? Prevoir un sacré stock car il pompe très vite toute l'énergie ! - l'embout de rasoir est très pratique notamment pour le maillot. Mais malgré divers essais (a sec, avec mousse, sous l'eau etc...) Il se trouve très très irritant pour les aisselles. Je vais devoir reprendre le rasoir à main qui tient moins longtemps du coup! L'un dans l'autre je ne regrette absolument pas cet achat. Après plusieurs mois d'utilisation, il est largement rentabilisé et je suis très contente de son efficacité.
