So im one of those guys who loves to work on cars or trucks but doesn't stray far away from what I've been shown or taught. im not the type of person to just rip something apart without knowing what im doing. that being said, the installation of this lift was pretty easy on my 2008 double cab. this was my first time working on anything suspension related. it took me about 5-6 hours taking my time with everything and im very pleased with the results. this lift is perfect for the guy/ gal just wanting to give their taco a little more aggressive look without needing to shovel out a bunch of money for new shocks and springs and whatnot. the U-bolts were a little long but a grinder with a cutoff wheel made quick work of that and also the stock bolts on the top of the strut assembly are a little short as stated on other reviews. didn't bother me too much. I didn't replace them just cranked them down super tight with some lock tight on the threads. DONT HESITATE to buy this lift. cant beat it for the price. it gave me the look I wanted and paired up perfect with some new shoes. 265-70-17 Falken wildpeak at3w's

Decent block kit for beginners
Install difficulty depends on one's experience. I've done this before so it was straight forward. Refer to YouTube if unsure, there are at least a few solid instructional videos.2013 Tacoma 4x4. 3" rise on the front, 3" rise on the rear. Rear end slightly higher. If you're going for a leveled look then substitute the 3" blocks for 2". From the factory, Tacomas typically sit a little over an inch lower in the front to compensate for ass sag when the bed is loaded up.Took a star off for the insanely long u-bolts included in the kit. Grinding is necessary in order to cut the 3+ inches of excess thread hangin down from the rear axle.Tacoma owners expect a negative caster. Anything over a 2" lift will throw the truck out of factory alignment. Camber can be dialed in properly but at the sacrifice of your steering's pivot point. No big deal if you can live with the minor steering float at freeway speeds. Focus on your camber and your tires will last longer. In case you're wondering.... My Tacoma in this photo is sitting on 275/70/R17 BFG KO2s. 1.25" wheels spacers to allow UCA clearance (I love my stock wheels). Front mini flaps removed. No pinch weld mod required.

Great deal!!
I haven’t had any problems with this lift! I’ve had it on since April. It’s a really great value! It’s a better price than the rough country 2 inch lift. It’s just as good if you ask me!

Make sure you have sway bar lowering kit (the metal mounts), and longer shocks for rear.
I like this lift kit, it was really self explanatory to me ( cause I love working on my own vehicle hate taking it to the shop). My taco has the 3” lift all the way around, if you do the 3” all the way around make sure you order longer shocks for the rear. I didn’t know I needed longer ones with the rear till I was putting the lift on in the rear haven’t been able to drive it since I put it on cause the sway bar drop mount broke as soon as I flexed going out of my driveway make sure you order Metal brackets instead of plastic.

Definitely lifted it
I like the spacers its great for adding clearance and the ability to add some bigger tires. I went with the spacers since my truck is not a 4WD and I don't take it off roading but do like the look. The photos are not before and after, they are all of the after. Its just some have the original wheels and tires and then I added 4Runner wheels with 285/17/70. Just had to remove the small flap on the front but no other rubbing.

High Quality Lift Kit - Excellent Value
This lift is built better than some of the other more expensive kits out there. The spacers are solid and the hardware is heavy duty. My friend who installed it was impressed with the quality as well. It took us about 3 hours. The instructions are okay but these types of lift kits are simple enough to install that you can check out YouTube videos and be in good shape granted you have the right tools. The lift did require me to get an alignment as the toe was way out but the camber was barely off.No shakes, wobbles or any of the sort. Truck rides as good as it did before the lift. With the 285/65r18s I put on it looks like a baby monster truck. Very happy with this product and would buy it again.

This is a great lift
This is how a Tacoma should look. The truck is level with three inches in the front and two in the rear. It drives the same with absolutely no issues. My fuel mileage didn't even suffer. Nothing noticeable anyway. I recommend this lift to anyone.

Looks great.
Lift looks great. I have a steel road armor front bumber which caused a front squat in my '06 pre runner. This leveked it out nicely and gsve it a perfect lift. Not too high. Its reletively easy to install. Just ran into a problem whem we didnt have jsck stands high enough so support the resr end while installing the blocks. The U-bolts may need to be cut as well they're a littke too long to fit a deepwell sockrt for torquing. But in the end im 100% satisfied. My side picture is kinda on a slope so it looms unlevel. I also need new tires.
