Owner of a 2007 Honda Civic Hybrid. This drain plug is excellent quality and absolutely worth the money. The magnet is impressively strong, and I’m looking forward to seeing what it collects at my next oil change. It fits perfectly and installs without issues. Torque to 29 lb-ft. Highly recommended.

5 stars easily. NOTE: Use an OEM crush washer and a new one every time you change your oil. The OEM crush washer fits perfectly around this magnetic drain plug so this is better than the provided crush washer or aftermarket one purchased at your local auto store. This drain plug screams USA MADE quality it is superb in craftsmanship to any drain plug I’ve put my hands on. Rock solid, not some aluminum magnetic drain plug that you pray doesn’t fail you. In our 2008 Honda CRV this drain bolt goes in perfectly! The magnet is powerful and picks up and holds any metal harmful debris, in addition to what your oil filter removes. Extra protection. You will see what I mean when you place your hands on this drain bolt it is more than worth the price they charge; best craftsmanship/machining I’ve ever seen for a engine drain plug. HINT: The magnet on the end is very strong and may cause the drain bolt to move to one side as you attempt to put it back on so don’t screw it back on until you are certain it is absolutely straight and lined up with the threads. HINT 2: Using any power tool when removing or tightening an oil drain plug is just plain not intelligent. Always use hand tools such as a ratchet and ALWAYS use a quality torque wrench so you don’t over tighten the drain bolt causing you to destroy your oil pan or at a minimum distort your crush washer so it no longer seals properly. Always use a new OEM crush washer they are meant to conform/crush/seal once…yes in a pinch I’ve even reused one but it is not best practice.

Fits on my 2022 dodge charger didn’t have any issues or play to it, I went with this product because of the magnetic so I’ll be updating after my next oil change but so far the instal and quality of it is good 👍🏾

Expensive but high quality was worried about the washer leaking oil because of some reviews but there’s no leaks and everything is high quality Gave it a 4 star because it’s too expensive With that price you should include at least 5 washers I only got 1

I had to find a replacement for my damaged drain bolt on my 09 civic Si K20Z so I bought this one. It fits great like an OEM one and i love the fact that it’s magnetic!

Fantastic product. You get what you pay for. The magnet works great, I was surprised to see a little bit of fine metal dust on the magnet, during the last oil change. I got this for a 2024 Honda CRV Hybrid, and it fits just fine. I highly recommend it, it looks great, easy to install, and worth the value of money you pay for it.

Make sure you’re buying a proper product. This plug’s really well made! Perfectly fits 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee 5.7 Hemi. Check the photos for the reference.

Looking amazing waiting to change oil

I bought 3 of these and they did not come with the tether hole as advertised, and the packaging they came in had generic made in China packing with part numbers indicating so. If you go to the Votex website you can plainly see the part numbers are not even close. I don't think I can gamble with my $27,000 dollar motorcycle and have the magnets loosen off and go through my engine.
